Paragraph 2
Faculty
Section 8
(1) Faculty as referred to in Article 5 of the letter b is an academic managing element in the Institute ' s environment.
(2) The Faculty as referred to in verse (1) is led by a Dean who is under and responsible to the Rector.

Section 9
The faculty has the task of organizing academic education, vocational and/or professions in 1 (one) of science, technology, and/or art disciplines.

Section 10
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 9, the faculty organizes functions:
a.   the implementation of an academic, vocational, and/or profession, in the faculty environment;
B.   the implementation of research and development of science and technology;
c. The execution of the service to the community
D.   the execution of the academic sivity of academia; and
e.   Administration and Reporting

Section 11
The faculty at the Institute consists of:
a.   Tarbiyah and Teacher Science;
B.   Sharia and the Islamic Economy; and
C.   Ushuluddin, Adab and Dakwah.

Section 12
The Faculty Organization consists of:
a.   Dean and Vice Dean;
B.   Maj.;
C.   Laboratory; and
D.   Part Of The Effort.

Paragraph 3
The Dean and Vice Dean
Section 13
The dean as referred to in Article 12 of the letter a has the task of leading and managing the hosting of education as referred to in Article 8 of the paragraph (1) and Article 9 in accordance with the Rector's policy.

Section 14
In carrying out the Dean ' s duties as referred to in Article 13 is assisted by 3 (three) the Vice Dean people.

Section 15
The Vice-Dean as referred to in Article 14 consists of:
a.  The Vice-Dean of the Academic Field which has the task of assisting the Dean in the holding of academic education, research, and devotion to the community;
B.  Vice-Dean of Public Administration, Planning, and Finance who have the task of assisting the Dean in the implementation of planning and budgeting activities, accounting, and financial reporting, management of means and infrastructure, employment, and employment. The chairman of the Department is referred to in Article 18 of the letter a having the task of leading and carrying out the program of the study as referred to in Article 17 based on the Dean's policy.

Section 20
The Secretary of the Department as referred to in Article 18 of the letter b has the task of assisting the Chairman of the Department in the field of general administration, finance, employment, and reporting.

Paragraph 5
Laboratory
Section 21
(1) The laboratory as referred to in Article 12 of the letter c is the educational implementation tool in the Faculty environment.
(2) The laboratory as referred to in paragraph (1) is led by a functional power in accordance with its subject who is below and is responsible to the Dean.

Order section
Section 22
(1) The Part of the Business Act as referred to in Article 12 of the letter d is the governing element of the faculty.
(2) The Part of the Order as referred to in paragraph (1) is led by a Chief who is below and is responsible to the Dean.

Section 23
The Business Administration section has the task of carrying out administrative, academic, student administration, student planning, planning, finance and reporting in the Faculty environment.

Section 24
In performing the tasks referred to in Section 22 of the paragraph (1), the Tata Business section organizes functions:
a.   Plan and Plan
B.   the implementation of financial affairs;
c. implementation of academic administration, student care, and alumni;

The rector as referred to in Article 5 of the letter a has the task of leading and managing the hosting of higher education as referred to in Article 2 and Article 3 based on the policy set by the Minister of Religious Affairs.

Section 7
(1) In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 6 Rector is assisted by 3 (three) Vice Rector persons.
(2) The Vice Rector as referred to in paragraph (1) consists of:
a.  Vice-rector of Academic and Institutionable Institutionable Institution assisting Rector in academic and institutional fields;
B.   Deputy Rector of Public Administration, Planning and Finance who has the task of assisting the Rector the Ordinance of the Minister of Religious Affairs, specified by the Minister of Religious Affairs after receiving written consent from the Minister responsible in the field of Aparatur State and bureaucratic Reform State.

BAB VII
TRANSITION PROVISIONS
Section 80
(1) At the time the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs came into effect, the Chairman of the Islamic Religious High School of Ternate turned to the Rector of the Institute.
(2) The new Rector Rector of the Institute as referred to in paragraph (1) is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Laws of the Law.
(3) Prior to the Statute of the Institute, the Rector as referred to in paragraph (1) authorized the senate of the Institute and the grammar of the decision of the senate of the Institute.

CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 81
With the enactment of the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs, the Decree of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 314 of 1997 on the Organization and the Work Order of the Islamic Religious High School of Ternate and its change regulations were revoked and declared not valid.

Section 82
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply at the date of the invitation.

Section 65
(1) The Language Development Centre as referred to in Article 62 of the letter c has the task of carrying out the training and development of language for the civitas of the Institute's academic civitas.
(2) The Language Development Centre as referred to in paragraph (1) is led by a Chief appointed by the Rector, to be under and responsible to the Vice Rector of Academic and Institutual Development.

Section 66
(1) The Mah'ad Al-Jami'ah Centre as referred to in Article 62 of the letter d has the task of carrying out the education and coaching of the understanding of keislaman through the education of pesantren in the environment of the Institute.
(2) The Mah'ad Al-Jami'ah Centre as referred to in verse (1) is led by a Mudir (Head) appointed by the Rector, to be under and responsible to the Deputy Rector of the Ministry of Employment and Cooperation.

The Sixth Part
CONSIDERATION ORGAN
Section 67
The Institute ' s Consideration Organ consists of:
a.   Board Considerations; and
B.   The Senate.

Section 68
The Consideration Board is an organ that exercises non-academic consideration functions and other functions defined in the Statute of the Institute.

Section 69
The Senate is an organ that exercises the function of consideration and academic supervision.

Section 70
The further provisions on the Board of consideration and the Senate are set in the Statute of the Institute.

The Seventh Part
THE SUPERVISING ORGAN
Section 71
(1) The Oversight Organ is an internal surveillance unit that is located below and is responsible to the Rector.
(2) Internal surveillance unit exercises supervision function of non academic fields
(3) Further provisions concerning internal surveillance units are set up in the Statute of the Institute

BAB III
FUNCTIONAL OFFICE GROUP
Section 72
Functional office groups in the Institute environment have the task of performing activities in accordance with the tasks of each functional office under the laws.

Section 73
(1) The functional office group consists of Lecturer, Researcher, Librarian, Laboran and other functional positions that are each divided in several groups in accordance with the field of expertise under laws.
(2) Each functional office group as referred to in paragraph (1) is headed by a senior functional official as the coordinator is set by the Rector.
(3) The amount of functional power is determined based on the need and workload.
(4) The type and type of functional office are set in accordance with the laws.

ETHYONIZATION
Section 74
(1) The head of the Bureau is the structure of the Structural Eselon II.a.
(2) The head of the Section is the Structural Office of Eselon III.a.
(3) Subsection Chief is the Structural Office of Eselon IV.a.

BAB V
WORK LAYOUT
Section 75
(1) Any leadership of the organization units in the Institute ' s environment in carrying out its mandatory duties:
a.  implement the coordination, integration, and synchronization principles, both in the environment of each organization unit in the Institute environment and with other agencies outside in accordance with its duties;
B.  Keep an eye out for each other, and in the event of an aberration to take the necessary steps in accordance with the provisions of the negotiations;
