ABOUT
WORK PLAN
MINISTRY OF FORESTRY YEAR 2014
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER FOR FORESTRY OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that Law No. 25 of 2004 on the National Development Planning System, Government Regulation Number 20 of 2004 on the Government Work Plan, and the Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 54 of 2012 on the Work Plan The Government of the Year 2013 mandates every Ministry/State Institution drafting a Ministerial Work Plan/Institution which is the definition of the Intermediate Term Development Plan 2010-2014 and the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Forestry of 2010-2014;
B. that in respect of such matters above, it needs to be established the Ordinance of the Minister of Forestry on the Work Plan of the Ministry of Forestry Year 2014;

Act No. 41 of 1999 on Forestry (sheet state of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1999 Number 167, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 3888), as amended by Law No. 19 of 2004 on Rule No. 1 of the Law No. 1 of 2004 on Change of Law No. 41 Year 1999 on Forestry Act (Sheet State Republic Of Indonesia 2004 Number 86, Additional Sheet Of State) Republic of Indonesia No. 4412);
3. Act Number 25 Year 2004 on National Development Planning System (State Sheet Indonesia Year 2004 Number 104, Additional Sheet Country Republic Indonesia Number 4421);
4. DECIDED:
Establish: FORESTRY MINISTER REGULATION ON THE WORK PLAN OF THE FORESTRY MINISTRY IN 2014.
Section 1
The 2014 Ministry of Forestry ' s Work Plan is as set forth in the Appendix of this Regulation.
Section 2
Renja Ministry of Forestry is a reference to the drafting of Renja and the budget documents of the work unit Eselon I and Eselon II's scope of the Ministry of Forestry of 2014.
Section 3
The scope of the scope of the Ministry of Forestry ' s scope of drafting Renja of 2014 refers to the Renja of its Eselon Working Unit.
Section 4
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply at the date of the invitation.
