Section 6
The equipment and/or machine help recipients consist of:

Section 7
The help of equipment and/or machinery is done in a way:
a. Grant;
B. Central Government Capital Inclusion;
C. Operationalize the Other Side; or
D. Over Status.

Section 8
(1) The assistance of equipment and/or machinery performed in the manner of the Hibah as referred to in Article 7 of the letter a given to the Local Government or industry/other agencies through the Local Government.
(2) The other industries/institutions as referred to in paragraph (1) are:
a. a joint venture group, a small industrial centra, or cooperative;
B. industrial area technical executor unit;
c. Small and medium industries;
D. education institution; or
e. Research and development institutions.
(3) The help of equipment and/or machinery, in addition to being given to industry/other agencies as referred to in paragraph (2), may be given to the other side throughout:
a. at the approval of the Minister of Industry; and
B. With a request or recommendation from a service that is in the industry.

Section 9
(1) The assistance of equipment and/or machinery carried out by means of the Central Government Modal Raid as referred to in Article 7 of the letter b is given to the BUMN.
(2) The BUMN as referred to in paragraph (1) is a BUMN of the industrial field that performs:
a. engine modernisation;
B. new technology recognition;
c. development of new products; or
D. increased efficiency and productivity.

Section 10
(1) The assistance of equipment and/or machinery performed in the manner of Other Parties as referred to in Article 7 of the letter c is given to an industrial entity in the form of a legal entity or a BUMN.
(2) The legal entity-shaped industry or BUMN as referred to in paragraph (1) may be proviwned goods, which are further abbreviated BMN, are all items purchased or acquired on an APBN load or derived from any other authorized acquisition.
2. Licensee is responsible for the use of the IBM SaaS and is responsible for the use of the IBM SaaS.
3. User of the Goods is the Minister of Industry as a holder of the use of BMN in the Ministry of Industry environment.
4. User power is the Chief of Work/Workforce/Technical Officer or an Officer in the Ministry of Industry environment appointed by the User to use the goods in its best position.

(2) Another Instancy as referred to in paragraph (1) may be provided with assistance throughout the support:
a. industry development;
B. improving product quality;
c. provision of competent industrial workforces; or
D. Technology development.

The Third Part
Appliance and/or Machine Support steps
Section 12
(1) The assistance of equipment and/or machinery is carried out through the following stages:
a. help planning stage, consisting of:
1. Request;
2. selection;
3. check and study needs;
4. deal; and
5. creation of an activity reference framework (term of reference/TOR).
B. procurement stage; and
c. Stage of submission assistance.
(2) Requests as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a number 1 must be supplemented at least with the frame of reference of the activity and/or the feasibility study.
(3) A request as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a number 1 is not required for the aid of equipment and/or machinery for the Satker initiative in the Ministry of Industry environment.
(4) The further provisions of the technical directions of the implementation of the stage as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed by the Ordinance of the Eselon Officer I of the industry concerned.

BAB III
THE HANDOVER OF THE EQUIPMENT AND/OR MACHINE

Section 13
The equipment and/or machine that is submitted to the recipient of the assistance as referred to in Section 6 must be BMN.

Section 14
The handover phase of the Appliance and/or the machine consists of:
a. The handover is operational;
B. assignment status assignment; and
C. Accept entitlements.

The Second Part
Accept Operations
Section 15
(1) The implementation of the operational Surrender is conducted based on administrative and technical research.
(2) The administrative and technical research as referred to in paragraph (1) is carried out by the Internal Team.
(3) The provisions of the Internal Team as well as administrative and technical research methods are conducted in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 43/M-IND/PER/4/2011 or its changes.

Section 16

The Third Part
Usage Status Assignment
Section 19
(1) Use of usage status must be performed against all BMNs that are planned to be submitted to the assistance recipient as referred to in Section 6.
(2) The status of usage status as referred to in paragraph (1) is performed by referring to the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 43 /M-IND/ PER/4/2011.
(3) The status of use status as referred to in paragraph (1) is not required for BMN derived from Deconcentration funds or the function of the Buyer Duties after 2011 as referred to in the Financial Minister's Regulation No. 248 /PMK.07/2010.

Section 20
The proposed application of the proposed adoption status as referred to in Article 19 is in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 96 /PMK.06/ 2007 and the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 43/M-IND/PER/4/2011 or The change.

The Fourth Part

Section 21
The handover may be executed on the terms of the terms:

Section 22
The more detailed terms regarding the manner of the Serah Accept the entitlement and the company of the assistance of the equipment and/or machinery as set forth in this Order of the Minister's Ordinance.

BAB IV
UTILIZATION, MONITORING, AND REPORTING
Section 23
(1) The recipient of assistance as referred to in Section 6 is responsible for the maintenance and utilization of BMN optimally.
(2) In terms of BMN unutilized optimally, BMN can be diverted.
(3) The distraction as referred to in paragraph (2) is done by considering the cost and benefit asas (cost and benefit).

Section 24
The working unit eselon I of the industry concerned is monitoring and evaluation of the administration of equipment and/or machinery assistance.

Section 25
The recipient of assistance as referred to in Article 6 is required to submit a report each semester to the work unit of the concerned industry's eselon I.
