ABOUT
THE APPOINTMENT OF THE FITNESS ASSESSMENT AGENCY
IN ORDER FOR THE TREATMENT AND SUPERVISION
INDONESIA NATIONAL STANDARD (SNI) SALT CONSUMPTION
OBLIGATORY BERYODIUM
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF INDUSTRIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to exercise the implementation of the Indonesian National Standard Treatment and supervision (SNI) of the Beryodium Consumption Salt which has been legally enforced by the Decree of the Minister of Industry Number 29/M/SK/2/1995, in accordance with the provisions of the The laws have been conducted evaluations of the Institution of Industry, which is designated by the Regulation of the Industry Minister Number 101 /M-IND/PER/10/2012;
B. that in accordance with the results of the evaluation, it needs to designate and establish the Product Certification Institute and the Test Laboratory as set forth in this Regulation Attachment as the Institution for the Assessment to perform the certification and the Quality testing of the Beryodium Consumption Salt;
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Industry on the Appointment Of the Institution of Conformance in the Order of the Indonesian National Standard Monitoring and Oversight (SNI) Saline consumption salts are mandatory;

11. The Regulation of the Ministry of Industry Number 105/M-IND/PER/10/2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Industry;
DECIDED:
establish: MINISTRY OF MINISTRY ' S REGULATIONS ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTION OF CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT IN ORDER OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF THE NATIONAL STANDARD OF BERYODIUM CONSUMPTION (SNI) OF SALT CONSUMPTION.
Article 1
Pointing:
a. An accredited Program (LSPro) as set forth in the letter A Attachment of the Regulation of this Minister to perform the SNI Iodine Consumption Salt Certification; and
b. The Laboratory of Testing which has been accredited as set forth in the letter B of the Regulation of this Minister to carry out the testing of the Beryodium Consumption Salt.
Article 2
(1) The Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1 of the letter b is required to test the entire LSPro request as referred to in Article 1 of the letter a and/or technical instance with the same treatment of the interchange LSPro and the technical agencies.
(2) The testing of testing as referred to in paragraph (1) applies to testing for:
a. publishing SPPT-SNI Salt Consumption Consumption of Beryodium; dan/or;
B. Supervision for the implementation of the SNI Salt Consumption Of Beryodium Consumption Is Mandatory.
Article 3
LSPro and the Test Lab as referred to in Section 1 must report the results of the certification performance and testing to the Director General of the Manufacturing Industry Base and Head of the Industrial, Climate, and Industrial Review Board.
Section 4
Head of the Policy, Climate, and Industrial Review Board conducted monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the provisions as referred to in Section 2 and evaluation of the performance of the LSPro and the designated Testing Laboratory as well as referred to in Article 1.
Section 5
(1) The trial of the Test Breach of the provisions as referred to in Article 2, revoked the appointment of its pronunciation.
(2) The assessment of the truth over the breach of the provisions as referred to in Article 2 is conducted in the evaluation panel meeting.
Section 6
At the time the Minister ' s Ordinance was promulded, the Regulation Minister of Industry Number 101/M-IND/PER/10/2012 on the Appointment Of The Institute of suitability in Treatment and Supervision of the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) Salt Consumption Beryodium is obligatory, revoked and declared not applicable.
Section 7
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
