(3) The Directorate General of the Manufacturing Industry Base conducts coaching on the Toy industry which does not comply with the provisions of the SNI Toys Concurrent based on the periodic surveillance results as referred to in verse (2) the letter a number 1.

Section 5
Head of the Policy Review Board, Climate and Mutu Industries conducting the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the provisions as referred to in Article 2, Section 3, and Section 4 as well as evaluation of the performance of the LSPro and the designated Testing Laboratory as referred to in Article 1.

Section 6
(1) The trial of the Test Breach of the provisions as referred to in Article 3 and/or Section 4 of the paragraph (2) of the letter b, revoked the appointment of its pronunciation.
(2) The LSPro which violates the provisions as referred to in Article 4 of the paragraph (2) of the letter a, revoked the appointment.
(3) The judgment of truth over the breach of the provisions as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) is conducted in the assessment meeting of the Institution of Conformity Assessment.

DECIDED:

Establish: MINISTRY OF MINISTRY ' S REGULATIONS ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTION OF SUITABILITY IN ORDER TO TREAT AND OVERSIGHT OF THE NATIONAL STANDARD OF INDONESIA (SNI) OF TOYS IS OBLIGATORY.

Section 1
Pointing:
a.   Accrued and unaccredited Product Certification (LSPro) as set forth in the letter A in Appendix A Regulation of this Minister to perform Toy SNI Certification with product type, toy security and SNI Toys as set forth in the letter A in the Agreement Attachment; and
B.   Accredited and unaccredited Testing Lab as listed on the letter B in this Minister's Regulation Attachment to perform Toy testing with the product type, toy security and toy SNI as listed In the letter B in the Attachment.

Section 2
(1) LSPro or Unaccredited Test Laboratory as referred to in Section 1, each must process accreditation to the National Accreditation Committee at least 6 (six) months since promulgated this Minister's Rule and Report on the progress of the accreditation process is referred to the Head of the Policy Review Board, Climate and Industrial Mutu of the Ministry of Industry.
(2) The LSPro or Test Laboratory as referred to in paragraph (1) must meet the requirements as an LSPro or Test Laboratory accredited by the National Accreditation Committee (KAN) for the scope of the Toy in no time at least 2 (two) years since the Ordinance of this Minister's Rule.
(3) If in time as referred to (2) the LSPro or the Laboratory of Testing in question is not yet accredited, its appointment is declared over.

Section 3
(1) The Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1 of the letter b is required to test the entire LSPro request as referred to in Article 1 of the letter a and/or technical instance with the same treatment of interLSPro and interchange Technical authority.
(2) The testing obligation as referred to in paragraph (1) applies to testing for:
a.   publishing SPPT-SNI Toys; and/or
B.   The supervision of the implementation of SNI Toys is mandatory.

Section 4
(1) LSPro and the Test Laboratory as referred to in Section 1 must report the results of the certification performance and testing to the Director General of the Manufacturing Industry Base and the Head of the Policy, Climate and Industrial Studies Board.
(2) The performance results report as referred to in paragraph (1) consists of:
a.   LSPro obligations to deliver:
1. The issuer of SPPT SNI, regular supervision of SPPT SNI and the revocation of SPPT SNI Toys, which must be delivered at least 7 (seven) business days since issuer;
2. Recapitulation of SPPT-SNI publishing, periodic supervision of SPPT-SNI and the revocation of SPPT-SNI Toys within 1 (one) year, which must be delivered no later than 5 January of the following year; and
3. Competency, organization and LSPro; accreditation and
