REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ' S INDUSTRIAL MINISTER REGULATION

ABOUT
THE APPOINTMENT OF THE FITNESS ASSESSMENT AGENCY
IN ORDER FOR THE TREATMENT AND SUPERVISION
INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARDS (SNI)
RAFINATION CRYSTAL SUGAR IS OBLIGATORY
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF INDUSTRIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to comply with the implementation of the Indonesian National Standard Treatment and supervision (SNI) of the Rafination Crystal Sugar which is mandatory with the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 83/M-IND/PER/11/2008, in accordance with the provisions of the IBM National Standard Regulation (SNI). The laws have been conducted evaluation of the Institution of Industry, which is designated by the Regulation of the Industry Minister Number 99/M-IND/PER/10/2012;
B. that in accordance with the results of the evaluation, it needs to designate and establish the Product Certification Institute and the Test Laboratory as set forth in this Regulation Attachment as the Institution for the Assessment to perform the certification and the Rafination Crystal Sugar quality testing;
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Industry concerning the Appointment Of the Institution of Conformance in the Rangka Empowerment and Supervision of the Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Sugar Crystals Rafination In The Face;

5. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 91 of 2011;

Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Susunan Organization, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Republic of the Republic Regulation Indonesia Number 92 Year 2011;
7. Presidential Decree No. 78 of 2001 on the National Accreditation Committee;
8. Presidential Decree No. 84 /P Year 2009 on the Establishment of the United Indonesia Cabinet United II Period 2009-2014 as it has been several times amended last with Presidential Decree Number 59 /P Year 2011;
9. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 83 /M-IND/ PER/11/2008 on the Treatment of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Sugar Crystal Rafination In Wajib;
Ten. Regulations Minister Perindustrian Number 86 /M-IND/ PER/9/2009 about the Indonesian National Standard of Industrial Fields;
11. Regulations Minister of Industry Number 105 /M-IND/ PER/10/2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Industry;
DECIDED:
Establishes: The Industry Minister ' s regulations on the appointment of the assessment agency suitability in order of the implementation and supervision of the Indonesian national standard (sni) of the Rafination crystal sugars.
Article 1
Pointing:
A: A, an accredited institution for which the Cloud Service can be used, as described in the Order Document, the following terms apply:
b. The test of the Test which has been accredited as set forth in the letter B of the Regulation of this Minister to carry out Rafination Crystal Sugar testing.
Article 2
(1) The Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1 of the letter b is required to test the entire LSPro request as referred to in Article 1 of the letter a and/or technical instance with the same treatment of the interchange LSPro and the technical agencies
(2) The testing obligation as referred to in paragraph (1) applies to testing for:
a. publishing SPPT-SNI Sugar Crystal Rafination; and/or
B. The supervision of the implementation of the SNI Sugar Crystal Rafination.
Article 3
LSPRo and the Test Laboratory as referred to in Section 1 must report the results of the certification performance and testing to the Director General of the Agro Industry and the Head of the Industry Review, Climate and Industrial Studies.
Section 4
Head of the Policy Review Board, Climate and Industrial Mutu conducting the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the provisions as referred to in Section 2 and evaluation of the performance of the LSPro and the designated Testing Laboratory as referred to in Article 1.
Section 5
(1) The trial of the Test Breach of the provisions as referred to in Article 2, revoked the appointment of its pronunciation.
(2) The assessment of the truth over the breach of the provisions as referred to in Article 2 is conducted in the evaluation panel meeting.
Section 6
At the time the Minister ' s Ordinance was promulded, the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 99 /M-IND/ PER/10/2012 on the Appointment Of The Institute of Conformance in the Order of the Treatment and Supervision of National Standards of Indonesia (SNI) Sugar Crystal Rafination Is Obligatory, revoked and declared not applicable.
Section 7
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
