REGULATION of the MINISTER of TRADE of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA NUMBER 86/M-DAG/PER/12/2012 ABOUT the TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS the USE of SPECIAL ALLOCATION FUND (DAK) FIELD of TRADE MEANS the FISCAL YEAR 2013 with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the SECRETARY of COMMERCE of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: that in order to implement the provisions of article 59 paragraph (1) the Government Regulation Number 55 in 2005 about the Equalization Fund, need to establish the regulation of the Minister of trade of technical instructions the use of DAK Field Means Trade by 2013;

Decide: define: REGULATION of the MINISTER of TRADE of TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS the USE of SPECIAL ALLOCATION FUND (DAK) FIELD of TRADE MEANS the FISCAL YEAR 2013 article 1 (1) the ministerial regulation is intended as a guide for the Government district/municipality in carrying out activities financed through DAK Field Means Trade fiscal year 2013;
(2) Trade Means field of DAK is directed to increase the availability of means of trade, facilitate the flow of goods between regions and improving the availability, price stability staple, and enhance the orderly progression of consumer protection as well as in an attempt to provide an alternative option to get the best prices for the farmers and micro, small, and medium-sized businesses in the region.
Article 2 the activities financed through DAK Field Means Trade fiscal year 2013 is implemented in accordance with the technical instructions as listed in Annex I which is an integral part of this regulation of the Minister.

Article 3 list of Kabupaten/Kota Special Allocation Fund recipients (DAK) field of Trade Means the fiscal year 2013, as listed in annex II which are an integral part of this regulation of the Minister.

Article 4 list of regional District left an extra receiver DAK field means trade T.A. 2013 in the framework of the regional development acceleration of affirmative policy lags, as listed in Annex III which is an integral part of this regulation of the Minister.

Article 5 at the time of this ministerial regulation came into force, Trade Minister Regulation number 43/M-DAG/PER/12/2011 Technical Instructions about the use of the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) field of Trade Means the fiscal year 2012 is revoked and declared inapplicable.

Article 6 this Ministerial Regulation went into effect on January 1, 2013.

In order to make everyone aware of it, ordered the enactment of this Ministerial Regulation with its placement in the news of the Republic of Indonesia.
