(2) The determination of the type and technical specifications that includes the Tarif/HS Post number and the description of the goods as referred to in verse (1) the letter b 3, number 4, and number 5 as well as the quality of the goods carried through the analysis in the laboratory.

Section 6
(1) The mandatory Surveyor delivers LS through http://inatrade.kemendag.go.id which will be passed on to the INSW portal.
(2) In terms of http://inatrade.kemendag.go.id as referred to in paragraph (1) does not function because in force majeure (force majeure), LS is delivered manually to the INSW portal.
(3) Surveyors obliged to deliver LS to the slowest exporter 1 (one) days after LS was published.

Section 7
(1) Surveyors as referred to in Section 3 of the paragraph (1) are required to submit a written report on the verification activities or the technical callers that are carried out each month.
(2) The written report as referred to in paragraph (1) is delivered to Dirjen Daglu in this regard the Director of the Export of the Agricultural and Forestry Products, the Dirjen PPHP in this case the Director of International Marketing and the Dirjen IA in this regard Director of the Food Industry, Maritime and Fisheries Results, Dirjen BC in this case Technical Director of Kepabeanan, in the first week of the next month.

Section 8
Surveyor's designation as a verification executor or technical drill is revoked if Surveyors are referred to in Article 3 of the paragraph (1):

Section 9
The technical guidance of the enforcement of this Minister ' s Regulation can be established by Dirjen Daglu.
Article 10
The Regulation of the Minister begins in force 6 (six) months from the date of the promulctest.

1. Verification or technical drill is the research and examination of export goods conducted surveyors before loading the goods until the completion of the loading of the goods onto the ship (loading) and/or into the container (stuffing).
2. Surveyor is a company in the field of survey that is authorized by and assigned by the Minister of Commerce to perform technical verification of the export of palm oil, the crude Palm Oil (CPO) and its derivative products.
3. The Pabean Office is the office in the Directorate General of Customs and Excise where the customs obligation is in accordance with the Kepabeanan Act.
4. The Minister is the minister who organizes government affairs in the field of commerce. (1) Verification or technical drill as referred to in Section 2 of the paragraph (1) is performed by Surveyor before loading the goods.
(2) Surveyors as referred to in paragraph (1) are set by the Minister.
