Section 8

(1) The activities of the provincial and provincial fishery DAK activities as referred to in Article 6 letters are actionable by compiling a plan of use according to the national priorities of marine and fishery fields for the province with regard to the allocation of marine and fishery DAK areas for provincial governments.

Article 10

Section 13
(1) The results of activities based on the use of the marine and fishery DAK as referred to in Article 11 that have been completed should be utilized according to the performance indicators of the marine field activities and Fishing.

Section 14
(1) The ministry conducts program coaching/activities and technical coaching. Section 15

Article 16
(1) Monitoring of the DAK Field Field of Marine and Fisheries is carried through:

a. conformance of the DAK activities with the proposed activities in the Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD);

(1) Reporting on the execution of Marine and Fisheries Fields including:
a. a quarterly report that contains progress on activities, problems, further completion of the implementation of DAK activities; B. DAK absorption report and physical realization; and C. Final report. Article 19
