CHANGES TO THE MARINE MINISTER ' S REGULATIONS AND FISHERIES
PER.38/MEN/2011 NUMBER ABOUT ORGANIZATION AND WORK
THE RESEARCH LOKA AND MECHANIZATION DEVELOPMENT
FISHERY PROCESSING
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF MARINE AND FISHERIES REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to optimize the research activities and the development of fisheries processing mechanization, need to move the Technical Managing Unit Research and Development Mechanization of the Fisheries Results to Bantul, Special Region of Yogyakarta;
B. that in order to smooth the implementation of the research activities and the development of the mechanization of fisheries processing, it needs to fine-tune the Regulation of the Minister of Marine and Fisheries No. 38/MEN/2011 on the Loka Research and Development Mechanized Fisheries Results Processing;
c. that based on consideration as a letter a and letter b, need to establish the Minister of the Marine and Fisheries Regulations on the Changes to the Regulation of the Minister of Marine and Fisheries No. 38/MEN/2011 on the Research Loka and Development of Fisheries Processing Mechanization;
Given: 1. Law No. 5 Year 1994 on Unrest United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity (United Nations Convention on Biodiversity) (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 1994 Number 41 and Additional Sheet of State of Indonesia No. 3556);
2. Act Number 18 of 2002 on National System of Research, Development, and Application of Science and Technology (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2002 Number 84, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4219);
3. Law No. 31 Year 2004 on Fisheries (State Gazette Indonesia Year 2004 Number 118, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4433), as amended by Law Number 45 Year 2009 (State Sheet) Republic of Indonesia Year 2009 Number 154, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5073);
4. Government Regulation Number 20 Year 2005 on Intellectual Property Technology as well as the Results of Research and Development Activities by Colleges and Research and Development Instituations (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2005 Number 43, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4498);
5. Government Regulation No. 30 Year 2008 on the Governing Research and Development of Fisheries (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 2008 No. 55, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4840);
6. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State, as amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2011 Number 141);
7. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State, as well as Susunan Organization, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State, as amended last with the Presidential Regulation No. 92 of 2011 Sheet of State of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2011 Number 142);
8. Presidential Decree No. 84 /P of the Year 2009 as amended last with Presidential Decree Number 05 /P Year 2013;

DECIDED:
SET: NAVAL AND FISHERIES MINISTER REGULATIONS ON CHANGES TO THE REGULATIONS OF MARINE MINISTER AND FISHERIES NUMBER PER.38/MEN/2011 ON ORGANIZATION AND WORKINGS OF THE RESEARCH LOKA AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROCESS OF PROCESSING MECHANIZATION OF RESULTS FISHERIES.
Article I
Conditions in the Regulation of the Minister of Marine and Fisheries No. .38/MEN/2011 on the Organization and the Workings of the Loka Research and Development Mechanization of the Fisheries Results were changed as follows:
The provisions of Article 16 are amended so it reads as follows:
Article 16
LPP-MPHP is located in Bantul County, Yogyakarta Special Region.
Article II
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
For each person to know it, order the invitation of the Order of the Minister with its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
