SEED CERTIFICATION AND SEED QUALITY OVERSIGHT
DEEP COCONUT PLANTS (Cocos nuciferaL.)
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
AGRICULTURE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. That coconut is a commodity that has high economic value, but the availability of coconut superior seeds to this day is still a constraint because the distribution of seed sources is not yet compatible with the development area;
B. that the need for coconut seed is increasing, so that the seeds that are circulating must be certified and performed with the supervision of the quality of the seed;
c. that based on consideration as intended in letter a and letter b, and for the execution of seed certification and the supervision of the seed quality of the coconut plant in a can well the need to establish the Operational Operational Procedure Seed and Supervision of the Seed of Coconut Seed Plants in with the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture;

DECIDED:
Establish: Agricultural Minister ' s Regulation on the operational standards of seed certification procedures and the supervision of the seed quality of seeds of the inner coconut plant (Cocos nuciferaL.).
Section 1
Operating Standard Procedure (SOP) Seed Certification and Supervision Supervision of the Seed of Coconut Plants (Cocos nuciferaL.) as set forth in Annex I to Annex IV as an inseparable part of this Regulation.
Section 2
