ABOUT
LAND CONFORMITY GUIDELINES ON
FOOD CROP COMMODITY
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
AGRICULTURE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that the suitability of land on the commodity crops is essential to implement so that it can produce a healthy, economical, and sustainable food crop of commodity crops;
b .that with increasing food production activities through the utilization of sustainable food farming land must be done based on land suitability;
c. that in respect of such matters above and to implement the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Regulation No. 12 of 2012 on the Continuous Food Agricultural Land Protection Incentives, it needs to establish the Land Compatibility Guidelines Food Plant Commodes;

DECIDED:
Establish: Minister of Agriculture ' s regulations on the guidelines of the suitability of land on the commodity crops of food.
Section 1
The Land Suitability Guidelines On Food Crop Commodities as set forth in the Attachment are an inseparable part of this Regulation.
Section 2
In Article 1 as a reference to the Government, provincial governments and district/city governments consider granting food agricultural land protection incentives. continuous based on land fitness level.
Section 3
The guideline of land suitability on the Commodity of Food Plants as referred to in Article 1 aims for the solubility of the implementation of incentives in the utilization of the Sustainable Food Agriculture Land.
Section 4
The rules of the Ministry are effective on the date of the promulgations.
