ABOUT
INTER-PROVINCIAL CROSSING CROSSING TARIFF

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

MINISTER OF PERRELATIONS REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,


Weighing :a.that in Regulation Minister Perrelation Number KM 26 of 2012 on the Hosting Transport Crossings have been arranged regarding the cross-border crossing rates of the provinces set by the Minister;
B. that in connection with the increase in the price of Oil Fuel in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia No. 18 of 2013 on the Price of Selling Retail Types Of Certain Oil Fuel For Certain User Consumers. as well as in order to ensure the continuity of transit services, the need to be made adjustments to the specified fare;
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation on the Cross of the Cross Crossings Of The Provinces;

Given: 1.Act Number 17 Of 2008 On Shipping (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia 2008 Number 64, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Indonesia Number 4849);
2. Government Regulation No. 20 Year 2010 on Transit in Waters (State Gazette Indonesia Year 2010 Number 26, Additional Gazette Republic Indonesia Number 5108) as amended by Government Regulation Number 22 Year 2011 (leaf Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2011 Number 43, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 5208);
3. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State, as amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011;
4. Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Organizational Functions, duties and Functions of the Ministry of State, as amended last with the Presidential Regulation No. 38 of 2013;
5. Decree of the Minister of Transportation Number KM. 58 Year 2003 on the Mechanism and Formulation Mechanism of Tariff Crossings as amended by the Regulation of Minister of Transportation Number PM. 18 Year 2012;
6. Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number KM. 60 of 2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Transportation;
7. Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number KM. 26 Year 2012 on the Hosting Transport Crossings (State News of the Republic of Indonesia 2012 Number 529);

DECIDED:

Set: A REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF RELATIONS CONCERNING THE CROSS-BORDER CROSSING TARIFFS.

Article 1

Transport of cross-province crossings includes passenger transport and transport of its vehicles and its cargo.

Article 2

(1) The transit of the crossing for the vehicle and its payload as referred to in Section 1 is distinguished 9 (nine) group:
a. Group I: peda;
B. Group II: The motorcycle under 500 cc and the thrust cart;
C. Group III: Large motorbike (> 500 cc) and 3 (three) wheel vehicles;
D. Group IV:Motor Vehicles in Jeep, Sedan, Minicap, Minibus, Mikroulette, Pick up, Station Wagon with long sizes up to 5 (five) meters, and the like;
e. The V:Vehicle is a motor vehicle, a truck/tank with a length of up to 7 (seven) meters and the like;
f. The VI:Vehicle is a motor vehicle, a truck/tank with a length size of more than 7 (seven) meters up to 10 meters and the like, and a non-gany tractor train;
G. The VII:Vehicle is a motor vehicle (tronton truck) /tank, the following towed train and heavy equipment vehicle with a length size of more than 10 (ten) meters up to 12 (twelve) meters and the like;
h. VIII:Motorized vehicles are freight cars (tronton trucks) /tanks, heavy equipment vehicles and tow trains following a length of more than 12 (twelve) meters up to 16 (sixteen) meters and the like;
i. The IX:Vehicle is a motor vehicle (tronton truck) /tank, a heavy equipment vehicle and a tow train following a length of more than 16 (sixteen) meters and a type of item.
(2) Vehicles as referred to in paragraph (1) that exceed the size of the vehicle in accordance with the laws and resulting in additional room use of the ship, be moved on to the next group.

Article 3

The terms of the passenger transit fare as referred to in Section 1 for the service of the economic class and the vehicle and its charges in accordance with the group as referred to in Section 2 are listed in the Attachment that is part of the Agreement. inseparable from this Regulation.

Section 4

A fare crossing other than the transport of passengers and the vehicle and its payload as referred to in Article 1 is determined by agreement between the service user with the service provider (operator) of the transport crossing.

Section 5

Tariff transit across the province as referred to in Article 1 for non-economic class services is specified by the service provider (operator) of the transport crossing.

Section 6

(1) The transit tarif as referred to in Section 3 including the carrier liability insurance and is not yet included:
a. iuran conscription of mandatory passenger accidents; and
B. The service of the Godhead.
(2) The mandatory service of conscription of the passenger and the service of the divinity as referred to in paragraph (1) in accordance with the laws.

Section 7

(1) Transport operator crossings and operators of the crossing port are prohibited from conducting other levies for the benefit of the operator or other parties are associated and/or unifying other levies with tariffs The transport of crossings as set up in this Regulation.
(2) Any other levies that will be associated and or put together in the order set out in this Regulation, must obtain the consent of the Minister of Transportation.

Section 8

The Director General of the Land Relations conducts oversight of the implementation of this Regulation.


Section 9

At the time this Regulation entered into force the Regulation of Ministers of Transportation Number PM. 19 of 2012 on the Cross-border Crossing Tariffs of the Province was revoked and declared to be not applicable.

Article 10

The rules of the Minister are in effect after the date of promulgations.
