IN THE HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT BODY ENVIRONMENT

MINISTER OF PERRELATION REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to guarantee the objectivity and quality in the appointment, removal and dismissal of the civil servants in the structural office of eselon I, II, III, IV, and V need the standard of the competency of the office on each post in the Agency environment Relationship Human Resources Development;
B. that based on consideration as referred to in the letter a, then it needs to establish the Standard Competencies of the Structural Office of the Civil Service in the environment of the Human Resource Development Board of the Ministry of Transportation relations with the Regulation Minister of Transportation;

Establish: REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF RELATIONS ON THE STANDARDS OF CIVIL SERVANTS STRUCTURAL OFFICE COMPETENCIES IN THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT RELATIONSHIP OF THE MINISTRY OF RELATIONS.
