ABOUT THE CHANGE TO THE REGULATION OF TOURISM MINISTER AND CREATIVE ECONOMY NUMBER PM.01/HK.201/MPEK/2013 ABOUT THE WAY TATA

THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LEGISLATION IN THE MINISTRY OF TOURISM AND CREATIVE ECONOMY

WITH THE GRACE OF THE GOD ALMIGHTY THE MINISTER OF TOURISM AND THE CREATIVE ECONOMY OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

THE DRAW: A. that to further optimize the management efforts and acceleration of the implementation of the functions and duties of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, it needs to change the Regulation of the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Number PM.01/HK.201/MPEK/2013 about Tata Cara Establishment of the Law in the Environment of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy;

b. that in connection with that in the letter a, it needs to establish the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy about the Changes to the Regulation of the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Number PM.01/HK.201/MPEK/2013 on the Tata Way of Establishment Rules Negotiations on

Environment Of The Ministry Of Tourism And Creative Economy;

Given: 1. Law No. 14 of 2008 on Openness Of Public Information (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2008 Number 61, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 4846);

2. Act No. 12 Year 2011 on the Establishment of the Laws of the Law (sheet of state of the Republic of Indonesia in 2011 Number 82, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5234);

3. The Presidential Decree No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as amended last with the Presidential Regulation No. 55 of 2013;

4. Presidential Decree No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Organizational Functions, duties, and Functions of the Ministry of State as amended last with the Presidential Regulation No. 56 of 2013;

5. Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy Number PM.07/HK.001/MPEK/2012 about the Organization and Work Order of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy;

6. Regulation of Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Number PM.01/HK.201/MPEK/2013 on the Tata Cara Formation of the Laws in the Environment of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy;

DECIDED:

SET: THE REGULATIONS MINISTER OF TOURISM AND CREATIVE ECONOMY ON THE CHANGES TO THE REGULATION OF TOURISM MINISTER AND CREATIVE ECONOMY NUMBER PM.01/HK.201/MPEK/2013 ABOUT THE GOVERNANCE OF THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LAWS IN THE MINISTRY OF TOURISM AND CREATIVE ECONOMY.

Article I Conditions in the Ordinance of the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Number PM.01/HK.201/MPEK/2013 on the Tata Way Formation of Regulation in the Environment of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy edited as follows:

In between Section 24 and Section 25 is inserted 2 (two) Articles, namely Section 24A and 24B which reads as follows:

Article 24A (1) In addition to establishing the Minister's Rule, Ministerial Decree, and

Instruction Minister, the Minister may make policy in order to support the duties and functions of the Ministry Tourism and Creative Economy and/or the execution of Government duties and functions.

(2) Policies as referred to in paragraph (1), and including its implementation orders, performed orally and/or poured in writing and addressed to a particular officer in the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.

(3) Officials as referred to in paragraph (2) follow up on the policies set forth by the Minister and convey the progress of the implementation of the Summary Executive, which at least contains about the background, the legal basis, the plan action and cost-benefit analysis, and the proposed execution term of that policy, in the slowest term of 2 (two) calendar days since the order is known.

Article 24B In the framework of policy making as referred to in Article 24A, the Minister may request consideration of one or more officials in the environment of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.

Article II of the Minister ' s Regulation start to apply to the date of the invitation.
