ABOUT
THE POST MAP AND DESCRIPTION OF THE TYPE OF ORGANIZATIONAL ACTIVITY IN THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE MINISTRY ' S LAND INTERRELATIONS GENERAL DIRECTORATE GENERAL
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF PERRELATIONS REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that in order to implement the structuring of the staffing management system and to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency and quality of execution of tasks and structural office functions within each organization unit, it needs to be establish the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation on the Map of the Office and the Terms of Use of the Organization Activities in the Central Directorate General of the Ministry of the Ministry of Transportation
Given: 1. Act Number 8 Year 1974 on Poes Pokok Keemployers (Sheet State Republic Indonesia Year 1974 Number 55, Additional Leaf Republic Of Indonesia Number 3041), as amended with Act No. 43 of 1999 (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1999 Number 169, Extra sheet of State of Indonesia Number 3890);
2. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State, as amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011;
3. Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Organizational Functions, Task, and Functions of the Ministry of State, as amended last with the Presidential Regulation No. 92 of 2011;
4. Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number KM. 60 Year 2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Transportation;
DECIDED:
establish: REGULATION OF MINISTER OF RELATIONS ON THE MAP OF OFFICE AND DESCRIPTION OF THE TYPE OF ACTIVITIES OF THE ORGANIZATION IN THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE MINISTRY ' S LAND-BASED DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF RELATIONS.
Article 1
(1) The office map is an array of positions that describe the entire existing office and its position in the work unit, both vertically and horizontally according to the structure of authority, duty and responsibility, and competency Office.
(2) The organization of organizational activities is a form of process of activities implemented to process working materials into a work according to the responsibilities, authority, and tasks and functions of the organization.
Article 2
Map of office and description of the type of organization's activities as referred to in Article 1 in the environment of the Directorate General of the Ministry of Land relations are listed in the Regulation of this Minister's Attachment.
Article 3
The position map as referred to in Article 2 is mandatory as a material in carrying out formation creation, calculation of workload analysis, and appointment to certain functional positions and general functional positions in the environment Directorate General of Land Ministry of Ministry of Transportation.
Section 4
This type of organization's activities as referred to in Section 2 is required as a material in the preparation of employee work plan, employee work objective, and assessment of employee work achievement in the Directorate General of Transportation Land Ministry of Transportation.
Section 5
(1) Head of the Bureau of Personnel and Organization is responsible for coordinating the coaching of office maps and descriptions of the type of organizational activities in the environment of the Directorate General of the Ministry of the Ministry of Transportation.
(2) Secretary of the Directorate General of the Land Relations is responsible for the application of the office map and description of the type of organization activities in the environment of the Directorate General of the Ministry of the Ministry of Transportation.
Section 6
The rules of this Minister begin to take effect on the date of promulglement.
