MINISTER OF TOURISM AND CREATIVE ECONOMY OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
Weigh: a. that to maintain a good, transparent, accountable and accountable governance, which guarantees the execution of internal and external services in the work unit in the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, then it is necessary. the operational standard of procedure;
B. that based on consideration as intended in the letter a and for uniformity of the format in the drafting of the operational standard of procedure, it needs to establish the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy about the Operational Standard Drafting Guidelines Procedures in the Environment of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy;

3. Act No. 14 of 2008 on Openness Of Public Information (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2008 Number 61, Additional Gazette Republic Indonesia Number 4846);
4. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011;
5. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan Organization, Duty, and Functions of Eselon I Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 92 2011:

7. Regulation of the Minister of State Pendayagunaan State of Personnel and Bureaucratic Reform Number 35 of 2012 on the Drafting Guidelines Operational Standard Administrative Procedure;
8. Regulation of the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Number PM.07/HK.001/MPEK/2012 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy;
DECIDED:
Establish: MINISTER REGULATION OF TOURISM AND CREATIVE ECONOMY ON THE GUIDELINES OF DRAFTING OPERATIONAL STANDARDS OF PROCEDURES IN THE MINISTRY OF TOURISM AND CREATIVE ECONOMY.
Pasal1
(1) Guideline Operating Standard Procedure in the Environment of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy which is next called SOP Drafting Guidelines is a guideline for each work unit in the Ministry environment Tourism and the Creative Economy of the Kreatifin organized the operational standards of procedure for the execution of the task and function of each organization's unit
(2) The SOP Drafting Guidelines as referred to in paragraph (1) are listed in the Attachment which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
Article 2
Each Eselon I Working Unit, the Eselon II Working Unit, and the Technical Managing Unit are obliged to draw up the operational standard of the procedure by the guidelines on this Minister's Rule.
Article 3
Coaching against the drafting of the standard operational document procedures in the environment of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy executed by authorized officials to establish SOP documents as set forth in the Regulation Attachment This minister.
Section 4
The terms governing the implementation of the work that have existed before the enactment of the Regulation of this Minister, still remain in effect for the most prolonged period of 1 (one) year since the tangal of the Regulation of this Minister and must be tuned in to this Minister ' s Regulation.
Section 5
The rules of this Minister begin to take effect on the date of promulglement.
