ABOUT
THE 2014 BUDGET YEAR OUTPUT COST STANDARD
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that in order to implement the provisions of Article 5 paragraph (5) of the Government Regulation No. 90 of 2010 on the Drafting Of The Work Plan and the Budget of the Ministry of State/Institute and Article 16 of the paragraph (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance The Number 71 /PMK.02/ 2013 on the Cost of Standard Guidelines, Standard Cost Structure, and Indecation In The Drafting Of The State/Institution Plan Of Work And Budget, Needs To Set The Financial Minister ' s Regulations On The Standard Cost Of Output Budget Year 2014;
Given: 1. Government Regulation Number 90 Year 2010 on The Drafting Of The Employment Plan And The Budget Of The Ministry Of State/Agency (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2010 Number 152, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Indonesia Number 5178);
2. Finance Minister Regulation Number 71 /PMK.02/2013 on Cost Standards Guidelines, Standard Cost Structure, And Indecation In The Drafting Of The Country/country Ministry ' s Work Plan And Budget/Weak;
DECIDED:
Set: A FINANCIAL MINISTER REGULATION ON THE STANDARD ISSUE COST OF THE 2014 BUDGET.
Article 1
The Output Cost Standard is the amount of cost amount specified to generate output (
output)/sub output (
sub output).
Article 2
In order of budgeting planning, the 2014 Budget Year Output Standard
serves as:
a. The highest limits on which are not exceeded in the drafting of the work plan and the budget of the Ministry of the Year of the Year of the Year of the Budget.
B. reference creation of the forward forecast;
c. materials counting the pagu indicative of the ministry of state/agency of the Budget Year 2015; and/or
D. reference drafting the Output Standard Charge for the output (output) of the same type in the ministry of different countries/institutions.
Article 3
(1) In order to conduct the budget, the Output Standard Standard serves as an estimate.
(2) The estimate function as referred to in paragraph (1) is the estimated cost magnitude of a fee that can be exceeded, among other things due to changes in step components and/or the use of a unit of charge affected by the market price.
(3) The charge exceeded as referred to in paragraph (2) notices things as follows:
a. The process is in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the law;
B. the availability of the budget allocation; and
c. principles of economics, efficiency, and effectiveness.
(4) In terms of implementation of the provisions as referred to in paragraph (2) requires the revision of the budget, its implementation refers to the provisions in the Financial Ministers ' Regulations regarding the revision of the budget.
Section 4
The output standard of the 2014 Budget Year is as set forth in the Attachment that is the
section inseparable from the Regulation of this Minister.
Section 5
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
