FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: that to implement the provisions of Article 6 of the Government Regulation No. 25 of 2013 on the Termination Of The Principal Pension Of The Civil Servant and the Widow/Dudanya, Section 7 of the Government Regulation No. 26 Year 2013 on the Underlying Retirement Assignment Retired, Warakawuri/Duda, Orphan Child, Orphan, Child Orphan, and Improvement Parents of the Indonesian National Army, and Article 7 of Government Regulation No. 27 of 2013 on Establishing Retirement of Full-time Subjects, Warakawuri/Duda, Orphan, orphan, orphan, and an improvement in the parents of the local police department. 3. Government Regulation No. 27 Year 2013 on Establishing Pension Principal Pension, Warakawuri/Duda, Orphan Child/Orphan Benefits, Orphan Children, and Allowance Of Parental Members Of The Indonesian Republic Of State Police (republican Gazette) Indonesia Year 2013 No. 62);

DECIDED:
establish: REGULATION OF FINANCE MINISTER ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PENSION PAYMENTS PRINCIPAL OF CIVIL SERVANTS AND JANDA/DUDANYA AS WELL AS PENSIONERS, WARAKAWURI/DUDA, CHILD ALLOWANCES, ORPHANS, ORPHANS, ORPHANS, ORPHANS, ORPHANS, ORPHANS, ORPHANS, ORPHANS, ORPHANS, ORPHANS, ORPHANS, ORPHANS, ORPHANS, ORPHANS, ORPHANS, ORPHANS, ORPHANS, ORPHANS, ORPHANS, AND THE OLD MEMBERS OF THE INDONESIAN NATIONAL ARMY AND MEMBERS OF THE INDONESIAN STATE POLICE.
Article 1

Article 2
(1) The pension adjustment by using the principal pension magnitude as referred to in Article 1 is specified by the decision by the authorized Officer.
(2) The authorized officer as referred to in paragraph (1) is:
a. Head of the State Board of State for the adjustment of the principal pension for retired civil servants and his widow/dudanya.
B. The Indonesian National Armed Forces Commander for the full-time pension adjustment for retired, warakawuri/duda, child orphan/orphan alimony, orphaned child, and parental allowance of Indonesian National Army.
C. The head of the Indonesian National Police for the adjustment of the principal pension for retired, warakawuri/duda, child orphan/orphan alimony, orphaned child, and the parental allowance of the members of the Indonesian National Police.
Article 3
(1) Retired principal of the retired civil servant and widow/dudanya as well as Purnawirawan, Warakawuri/duda, child orphan/orphan alimony, orphans, and the allowance of the parents of the Indonesian National Armed Forces and members of the Police The Republic of Indonesia was paid out in June 2013.
(2) The pension payment as referred to in paragraph (1) is exercised using the principal pension magnate as referred to in Article 1.
(3) The payment of the shortfall in retirement income as a result of the principal pension adjustment since January 2013 may be implemented after the principal pension as contemplated in paragraph (1) is paid.
(4) The payment of the pension shortfall as referred to in paragraph (3) is exercised by using its own Payment List (Dapem) and is accounted for in accordance with the provisions of liability. Pension payment.
(5) The Payment List (Dapem) as referred to in verse (4) is a nominative list made by PT Taspen (Persero) or PT Asabri (Persero) as a means of pension payment.
Section 4
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
