WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD. FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that under the provisions of Article 70 of the Government Regulation No. 34 of the Year 2011 on Anti Dumping Action, the Act of Imbalan, and the Act of Trade Security, against imported goods, in addition to being subjected to Customs, may be subject to the Measures of Security. "SECURITY MEASURES" that based on the results of the Indonesian Trade Security Committee (KPPI) investigation proves the threat of serious harm experienced by the Interior Industry as a spike in the increase in the amount of imports of product casings and tubing;

and Number 324/M-DAG/SD/2/2013 dated February 19, 2013, submitted the proposal for the Customs Enforcement Act on imports of product casing and tubing;

d. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a, letter b, and the letter c, and in order to carry out the provisions of Article 23D paragraph (2) of the Law No. 10 Year of 1995 on Kepabeanan as amended by the Act Number 17 In 2006, needing to establish the Minister of Finance Regulation on the introduction of Customs Action Against Imports of Product Casing and Tubing;

4. Indonesian Trade Security Committee Report on the Results of the Investigation for the Act of Trade Security (Safeguard) over Import Pipe Casing and Tubing with the Number Harmonized System (HS) 7304.29.00.90;

DECIDED:

STIPULATING: THE FINANCIAL MINISTER ' S REGULATION ON THE IMPOSITION OF SECURITY MEASURES AGAINST PRODUCT IMPORTS CASING AND TUBING.

Article 1

Against the import of products is casing and tubing of iron or steel, without blisters, with a diameter size of 2 inches up to 14 inches, with yield strength 75,000 PSI or more, whose end has not been or is already worked, with a fare post ex 7304.29.00.90 imposed Customs Action.

Article 2

Section 3

The Maintenance Act of Custotry as referred to in Article 1 is imposed against the importation of all countries, except against the goods as referred to in Article 1 produced from countries as set forth in the Attachment that are the inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.

Article 4

(1) The introduction of the Security Measures as referred to in Article 1 is: a. additional common import duties (Most Favored Nation); or b. additional import duties based on the schemes

applicable international goods trade agreements, in terms of import done from countries included in the scheme of international goods trade agreements referred to and meet provisions in international goods trade agreement schemes.

(2) In terms of provisions in the scheme of international goods trade agreements are not met, the imposition of the Customs Action on the importation of the countries that are included in the trade agreement scheme International goods, as referred to in verse (1) letter b are the most common customs additions (Most Favored Nation).

Section 5
