GENERAL GUIDELINES AND THE ALLOCATION OF PROVINCIAL SPECIAL AUTONOMY FUNDS
ACEH BUDGET YEAR 2014
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that to carry out the provisions of Pasal11 paragraph (6) Law No. 23 Year 2013 on Budget and State Shopping of the Year of Budget 2014, it needs to establish the Finance Minister ' s Regulation on the General Guidelines and the Alocations of the Fund Special autonomy of Aceh Province of the Year of Budget 2014;
Remembering: 1. Law No. 11 of 2006 on the Government of Aceh (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2006 Number 62, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4633);
2. Law No. 23 Year 2013 on Budget and State Shopping of the Year of Budget 2014 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2013 Number 182 Additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5462);
3. Finance Minister Regulation Number 06 /PMK.07/ 2012 on Execution And Liability Of The Transfer Budget To The Area;
4. Finance Minister Regulation Number 145 /PMK.07/ 2013 on the Alignment Of The Transfer Budget To The Area;
DECIDED:
Establish: FINANCIAL MINISTER REGULATION ON THE GENERAL GUIDELINES AND THE ALLOCATION OF SPECIAL AUTONOMY FUNDS OF ACEH PROVINCE YEAR OF BUDGET 2014.
Section 1
The Aceh Provincial Special Autonomy Fund is part of the Special Autonomy Fund as referred to in the 2013 Law Number 23 Act on Budget and State Shopping of the Budget Year of 2014.
Section 2
Aceh Province's Special Autonomy Fund was allocated to Aceh Province equivalent 2% (two percent) of the pagu of the National General Alocations Fund of Rp6.824,386,514.000.00 (six trillion eight hundred and twenty-four billion three hundred and eighty-six million five hundred fourteen thousand rupiah).
Section 3
The Aceh Provincial Special Autonomy Fund as referred to in Article 2 is used in accordance with the provisions of the laws governing the Aceh Government.
Section 4
Use of the Aceh Provincial Special Autonomy Fund as referred to in Article 3 is set with Qanun Aceh.
Section 5
The Aceh Provincial Budget Year 2014 Special Autonomy Fund was part of the area's revenue and was budgeted in the 2014 Aceh Provincial Budget and Revenue Budget Year of the Aceh Budget Year.
Section 6
The layout of the Aceh Provincial Special Autonomy Fund is implemented in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 7
Supervision of the implementation of the presentation of the Aceh Provincial Special Autonomy Fund is implemented in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 8
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply at the date of the invitation.
