TARIFFS ON PUBLIC SERVICES OF THE GENERAL SERVICES OF THE HEALTH OF BENGKULU ON THE HEALTH MINISTRY

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD MINISTER FINANCE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Counterpart: a. that under the terms of Article 9 of the Government Regulation No. 23 of 2005 on the Financial Management of the Public Service Agency as amended by Government Regulation No. 74 of 2012, the service rate of the agency that applies the Management The Financial Services Agency is defined by the Minister of Finance for the proposal of the minister/leader of the agency;

b. that the Bengkulu Health Polytechnic on the Ministry of Health has been designated as the Government Instancy that applies the Financial Management Agency of the Public Service Agency based on the Decree of the Finance Minister Number 19 /KMK.05/2012;

c. that Minister of Health through Letter Number: PL.03.01/III/1667/2012 dated September 25, 2012, has delivered a proposal for the services of the Ministry of Health General Services of Bengkulu on the Ministry of Health;

d. that the proposed tariffs on the services of the Ministry of Health of Bengkulu Public Service in the Ministry of Health, have been discussed and studied by the Assessor Team;

e. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, the letter b, the letter c, and the letter d need to specify the Minister of Finance Regulation on the Services of the Ministry of Health of the Ministry of Health of the Ministry of Health;

Decide: Set: A FINANCIAL MINISTER ' S REGULATION ON TARIFFS

GENERAL SERVICES AGENCY SERVICES THE HEALTH MINISTRY OF BENGKULU ON THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH.

Article 1 of the Tarif Service of the Public Services Board of Bengkulu Health in the Ministry of Health is in return for services provided by the Public Services Agency of the Ministry of Health of the Ministry of Health to the Ministry of Health services.

Section 2 of the Service Tarif as referred to in Article 1, consists of: a. New Student Acceptance Selection Rate; b. Rates of Educational Development Fund; c. "Educational Charity"; d. Working Practice Rate;

e. Education Services Support Rates; f. Short Semester Fare; g. The rate of use of the means and the Prasarana in the Rangka Menunjang

The College Tridharma; and h. Clinic and Integrated Laboratory fare.

Article 3 of the Tarif Service of the General Services Board of the Health of Bengkulu on the Ministry of Health as referred to in Article 2 is listed in the Attachment which is an integral part of Regulation of this Minister.

Article 4 (1) of the Public Services Board of Bengkulu Health on

The Ministry of Health can provide services services in the fields of education, research, and community service based on the needs of the parties Service users through cooperation contracts.

(2) The General Services Agency Service (s) The Bengkulu Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health as referred to in paragraph (1) is set in a contract of cooperation between the Director of the Ministry of Health of Bengkulu in the Ministry of Health with the service users.

(2) Tarif services that are derived from the KSO with other parties, as referred to in the paragraph (1) is set under the contract of cooperation between the Director of the Ministry of Health of Bengkulu in the Ministry of Health with the other party.

Article 6 (1) Against the students of the poor family (Gakin) can be granted

service rates Education and/or Educational Development Fund for up to 0% (zero percent) of the tuition and/or Educational Development Fund of the Ministry of Education of Bengkulu Public Health Education Agency on the Ministry of Health.

(2) The service rate grant up to by 0% (zero percent) as referred to in paragraph (1) is implemented by considering the financial condition of the Bengkulu Health Polytechnic General Services Agency at the Ministry of Health.

(3) Further provisions on the manner of the pricing of service rates to students from poor families (Gakin) as referred to in paragraph (1) are defined by the Decree of the Director of the Polytechnic of Bengkulu Health at the Ministry of Health.
