ABOUT
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DECONCENTRATION FUND ACTIVITIES
NATIONAL ARCHIVES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
THE 2013 BUDGET YEAR

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

NATIONAL ARCHIVES HEAD OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a.  that in the framework of national security coaching, there needs to be a sense of governance of governance in order to improve the capabilities and quality of Human Resources Kearsipan Government Village/Kelurahan;

DECIDED:

establish: NATIONAL ARCHIVE HEAD REGULATIONS ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NATIONAL ARCHIVE DECONCENTRATION OF ACTIVITIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA BUDGET YEAR 2013.

BAB I
UMUM CONDITIONS
Section 1
In this Chief Regulation, which is referred to:

BAB II
KEARSIPAN COACHING ACTIVITIES IN THE AREA
AS THE IMPLEMENTATION OF DECONCENTRATION
Section 2

BAB III
DECONCENTRATION FUND MANAGEMENT
Section 5

Section 8
(1) Financial Administration as the implementation of deconcentration activities in the area, carried out separately from other financial administration.
(2) Acceptance and expenditure with the implementation of the deconcentration budget is administered in a deconcentration budget.
(3) In the event that there is a remainder of the budget more than spending as referred to in paragraph (2) against the rest of the budget it is mandatory for the State Kas.

BAB IV
BUDGET REVISION
Section 9
(1) Budget Revision may be performed in accordance with the Finance Minister ' s Regulation on the Tata Way Change Details of the Central Government Shopping Budget and Change of the applicable Budget Implementation Filings.

MONITORING THE EXECUTION OF ACTIVITIES
Section 10

BAB VI
ACCOUNTABILITY AND REPORTING
Section 11
(1) The responsibility of the financing of the implementation of deconcentration activities as referred to in Article 2, reported by the Governor or appointed officials/authorized as the User of the Budget User to the Chief of ANRI.
(2) The process of implementation of deconcentration funds implementation is implemented as follows:
a. The Deconcentration Budget User power reports the execution of deconcentration activities to the Governor; and
B. The governor or the appointed official reported the deconcentration activities to the Chief of the ANRI.
(3) The report as referred to in paragraph (2) includes performance reports and periodic reports.
(4) Regular reports as referred to paragraph (3) are quarterly reports.
(5) periodical reports as referred to in paragraph (3) include reports of a budget realization of the implementation of the deconcentration fund and is delivered no later than the next 10 months after the end of the quarter.

BAB VII
SUPERVISION AND INSPECTION
Section 12
The ANRI inspector performs functional supervision in accordance with his entreated areas under the laws.

BAB VIII
COACHING
Section 13
(1) In the conduct of activities and deconcentration funds need to be carried out continuous coaching.
(2) The ANRI chief conducts coaching over the execution of activities and the deconcentration funds in the field of kearcipan.
(3) Coaching as referred to in paragraph (1) includes consultation, training, direction and evaluation of the work unit related to deconcentration activities.
