INDONESIA ' S STATE APPARATUS AND THE REFORM OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA BUREAUCRACY

ABOUT
COMMON GUIDELINES HANDLING CLASH OF INTERESTS
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF THE STATE APPARATUS AND
REFORMS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA BUREAUCRACY,
Weigh: a. that is one of the causes of corruption because of the impact of interests committed by state organizers;
B. that in order to go to governance free governance is required a condition that is free of impact of interest;
c. that a non-uniform understanding of the impact of interest gives rise to a diverse and highly influential interpretation of performance performance of the country's organizer, therefore it needs to be composed of general guidelines handling impact interests with the Regulation of the State Minister of Personnel and the Bureaucratic Reforms;
D. that based on consideration as intended in the letter a, the letter b, and the letter c need to establish the Ordinance of the State of Personnel and the Bureaucratic Reforms of the General Guidelines of the Impact of Interest;
Given: 1. Law Number 28 Of 1999 On The Organizers Of The Clean And Free State Of Corruption, Collusion, And Nepotism (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 1999 Number 75, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 3851);
2. Law No. 31 Year 1999 on Eradication Of Criminal Corruption (State Sheet Of The Republic Of Indonesia Year 1999 Number 140, Additional Gazette Republic Indonesia Number 3874) as amended by Act No. 20 2001 (State Of The Republic Of Indonesia Year 2001 Number 140, Additional Sheet Of Republic Of Indonesia Indonesia Number 4150);
3. Government Regulation No. 6 Year 1974 on Restrictions of Civil Servants Activities In Private Enterprises (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia 1974 Number 8, Additional Gazette Republic Of Indonesia Number 3021);
4. Presidential Decree No. 47 of 1992 On the Changes to Presidential Decree Number 10 of 1974 on Some Restrictions of State Personnel Activities in Rangka State of Aparatur State and Simplicity Of Life;
DECIDED:
establish: REGULATION OF THE MINISTER ' S MINISTER OF STATE APPARATUS AND BUREAUCRATIC REFORM OF THE COMMON GUIDELINES OF THE IMPACT OF INTERESTS.
Article 1
The common guidelines handling clash of interests is as such in this Act of Regulation of the Minister which is an inseparable part.
Article 2
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
For each person to know, instructauthoring the Regulation of the Minister with its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
