EMPLOYEES IN THE NATIONAL TANAHAN ENVIRONMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a.  that bureaucratic reform in the environment of the National Pertanahan Agency of Indonesia, then in the efforts of improving the performance of employees in the Indonesian National Board of Indonesia, needs to be given a Performance improvement;
B.   that based on consideration as intended in the letter a, it is necessary to establish the President's Regulation on the Employee Performance Allowance in the Environment of the National Pertanahan of the Republic of Indonesia;

DECIDED:
Establish: PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE BENEFITS IN THE NATIONAL TANTAPOSITION ENVIRONMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA.

Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation referred to:
1. The next civil servant (PNS) is a qualified Indonesian citizen, appointed as a permanent civil servant of the State Government by clerking officials to take the government office.
2. Employees in the National Security Agency environment of the Republic of Indonesia are civil servants, members of TNI/POLRI, and other employees who are based on the decisions of the officials who are authorized to be appointed in a post or assigned and fully employed in the unit of law. organization in the environment of the National Pertanahan Agency of Indonesia.

Section 2
To employees who have a position in the environment of the National Board of the Republic of Indonesia, in addition to being granted earnings as per the provisions of the laws, it is granted the Performance allowance of each month.

Section 3
(1) Performance improvement as referred to in Section 2, not provided to:
a.   Employees in the Indonesian National Agency for the Republic of Indonesia who do not have a specific office;
B.   Employees in the National Security Agency environment of the Republic of Indonesia who are suspended for temporary or disabled;
C.   Employees in the National Security Agency environment of the Republic of Indonesia who are dismissed from his organics office with a given money wait (have not been dismissed as a Civil Service Officer);
D.   Employees in the National Security Agency environment of the Republic of Indonesia who are secondhand/employed on other bodies/agencies outside of the Indonesian National Agency for the Indonesian National Agency;
e.   Employees in the National Security Agency environment of the Republic of Indonesia who are granted leave outside of state dependents or in the free of duty to undergo a retirement preparation period; and
f.   Employees on the Public Service Board which have been granted remuneration as set out in Government Regulation No. 23 of 2005 on the Financial Management of the Public Service Agency as amended by Government Regulation No. 74 of 2012.

Section 9
