ABOUT
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE KALIMANTAN TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to increase and development of human resources as well as the alignment and improvement of higher education quality in the field of technology in Borneo Province, it needs to establish a technology public college in the Province of Borneo;
B. that based on the consideration as intended on the letter a, it needs to establish the President ' s Regulation on the Establishment of the Kalimantan Institute
Remembering: 1. Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Act No. 20 of 2003 on National Education System (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 78, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4301);
3. Act No. 12 Year 2012 on Higher Education (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 158, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 5336);
4. Government Regulation No. 4 Year 2014 on the Hosting of Higher Education and Management Of The College (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2014 Number 16, Additional Gazette Republic Indonesia Number 5500);
DECIDED:
Establish: PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE BORNEO INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY.
Section 1
With the Regulation of the President it established the Kalimantan Institute of Technology as a public college in the Ministry of Education and Culture environment.
Section 2
The Kalimantan Institute of Technology, as referred to in Article 1, organizes academic education and can host a vocational education in a number of scientific and/or technology families, and if qualified can be found. hosting a profession education in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 3
(1) All financing required for the hosting of the Kalimantan Institute of Technology is charged on the State Revenue and Shopping Budget.
(2) The Local Government may assist in financing as referred to in paragraph (1) in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 4
The further provisions are required for the implementation of the Regulation of this President, governed by ministers who are organizing government affairs in the field of education, the minister who organizes government affairs in the field of the State apparatus, the minister of which conduct a government business in the financial field, and/or Head of the State Board of Personnel, both together and individually in accordance with their respective fields of duty under the provisions of the laws.
Section 5
This President ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.
