REGULATION of the PRESIDENT of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA number 15 by 2014 ABOUT SALARY ASSISTANT OMBUDSMAN of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the PRESIDENT of the Republic of INDONESIA, Considering: that in order to implement the provisions of article 14 paragraph (2) the Government Regulation Number 64 in 2012 about the human resource management system on the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia, the need to establish the presidential regulation on salaries of Assistant Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia;

Decide: define: PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION on SALARIES of the ASSISTANT OMBUDSMAN of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA.
Article 1 in regulation this President is the salary of an Assistant Ombudsman is the salary given to officers appointed by the Chief Ombudsman based on approval of meeting members of the Ombudsman to assist the Ombudsman in carrying out its functions, duties, and those powers.

Article 2 To Assistant Ombudsman, given a salary every month.

Article 3 (1) Salary as referred to in article 2, are set based on the level of the post of Assistant to the Ombudsman.
(2) the level of the post of Assistant to the Ombudsman referred to in subsection (1) are as follows: a. the Assistant Pratama;
b. Young Assistant;
c. the Vice Assistant; and d.  Assistant Principal.
Article 4 salary as referred to in article 2 is given based on the level of the position and the period of employment as listed in the annex to this regulation of the President.

Article 5 to the Assistant Ombudsman given salary increases periodically every 2 (two) years if the conditions are met: a. have reached the specified term employment period for periodic salary increases;
b. assessment of the implementation of the work with an average rating of at least “ good ” from his immediate supervisor.
Article 6 (1) Granting salary increases periodically as referred to in article 5 is done with the decision letter of the Chairman of the Ombudsman.
(2) periodic salary increases decision Letter as referred to in paragraph (1) were issued 2 (two) months before the periodic increases that apply.
Article 7 (1) periodic salary increases as referred to in article 5 for the longest time was delayed one (1) year if the Assistant Ombudsman concerned do not meet the requirement referred to in article 5 letter b.
(2) the salary of an Assistant Ombudsman was terminated when the Assistant Ombudsman concerned do not qualify as stipulated in article 5 letter b for 3 (three) years in a row.
(3) a decision of dismissal of the salary referred to in subsection (2) is designated Chair of the Ombudsman.
Article 8 (1) to the Assistant Ombudsman that according to performance assessment shows excellent value for 3 (three) years in a row, can be given a special award as salary increases with advancing the time periodic salary increases of 1 (one) years before the time of the next periodical salary increases in the level of the position which he assumed at the time of the granting of salary increases.
(2) a special salary increases as referred to in paragraph (1) was given to at most three (3) person Assistant Ombudsman Office at every level.
(3) the decree granting exceptional salary increases as referred to in paragraph (1), the designated Chairman of the Ombudsman.
Article 9 (1) to a person who is appointed as a candidate for an Assistant Ombudsman, given a salary of 80% (eighty percent) of the salary of an Assistant Ombudsman every month.
(2) to the prospective Assistant Ombudsman referred to in subsection (1) who is appointed an Assistant Ombudsman, working period for candidate Assistant Ombudsman be taken into account in granting salary increases it.
Article 10 further Provisions necessary for the implementation of this regulation of the President are set by regulation Ombudsman.

Article 11 of this regulation of the President at the time took effect, then all provisions of all about Team Personnel Assisting Honorarium as provided in Presidential Decree Number 66 in 2002 about the Honorarium for the Chair, Vice Chair, Member, Assisting Team Personnel and administrative staff of the national Ombudsman Commission as well as Secretarial allowance paid to the work of the Assistant Ombudsman before presidential regulation is valid, revoked and declared inapplicable.

Article 12 of the regulation this President comes into force on the date of promulgation.

In order to make everyone aware of it, ordered the enactment of regulations this President with its placement in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
