SALARY OF ASSISTANT OMBUDSMAN OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weighing: that to implement the provisions of Article 14 paragraph (2) of Government Regulation No. 64 of the Year 2012 on the Human Resource Management System of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia, it needs to establish the Presidential Regulation on the Gaji Assistant Ombudsman Republic of Indonesia;
Remembering: 1.   Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Act Number 17 Year 2003 on State Finance (Sheet State Republic Of Indonesia In 2003 Number 47, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Of Indonesia Number 4286);
3. Act No. 1 Year 2004 on the State Treasury (State Sheet Indonesia 2004 Number 5, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4355);
4. Act No. 37 of 2008 on the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia (Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia 2008 Number 139, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4899);
5. Law No. 25 Year 2009 on Public Service (Sheet State Republic Indonesia Year 2009 Number 112, Additional Sheet Country Republic Of Indonesia Number 5038);
6. Government Regulation No. 45 of 2010 on Income, Honorary Money, and Other Rights Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Member of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia 2010 No. 62, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia) Indonesia Number 5128);
7. Government Regulation No. 21 Year 2011 on the Establishment, Susunan, and the Working Tata of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia in the Regions (Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia in 2011 No. 42, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5207);
8. Government Regulation No. 64 of 2012 on the Human Resource Management System of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia (Sheet of State of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 146, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5328);

DECIDED:
Establish: PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION ON THE SALARY OF THE ASSISTANT OMBUDSMAN OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA.

Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation, the salary of the Assistant Ombudsman is the salary given to the clerk who is appointed by the Chair of the Ombudsman under the approval of the Ombudsman members to assist the Ombudsman in performing the function, task, and its authority.

Section 2
To the Assistant Ombudsman, it is granted a salary each month.

Section 3
(1) Gaji as referred to in Article 2, is set on the basis of the office of the Assistant Ombudsman.
(2) The position of Assistant Assistant Ombudsman as referred to in paragraph (1) is as follows:
a.   Pratama Assistant;
B.   Young Assistant;
C.   Madya's assistant; and
D.   Primary Assistant.

Section 4
The quantity of the salary as referred to in Article 2 is based on the term of office and the work term as set forth in the Order of the Rules of the President.

Section 5
To the Assistant Ombudsman is given a regular pay increase every 2 (two) years if fulfilled with the terms:
a.   Has reached the term of the term of office determined for the increase in regular pay;
B.   Job performance assessment with average value at least "good" from the immediate supervisor.

Section 6
(1) The granting of regular pay increases as referred to in Section 5 is done with the Chief Ombudsman ' s decision letter.
(2) The periodic salary increase decision as referred to in paragraph (1) is published 2 (two) months before the periodic increase is in effect.

Section 7
(1) The periodic salary increase as referred to in Article 5 is delayed at least 1 (one) year if the Assistant Ombudsman is not eligible as referred to in Article 5 of the letter b.
(2) The Assistant Ombudsman Gaji is terminated if the Assistant Ombudsman in question is not eligible as referred to in Article 5 of the letter b for 3 (three) consecutive years.
(3) The decision of the salary stop as referred to in paragraph (2) is assigned the Chair of the Ombudsman.

Section 8
(1) To the Assistant Ombudsman who according to performance assessment shows the excellent value for 3 (three) consecutive years, may be given a special salary increase as an award by advancing the periodic pay increase time of 1 (one) year prior to the When the next regular salary increases in a position he's appointed at the time of a special salary increase.
(2) The special salary increase as referred to in paragraph (1) is given to the most 3 (three) Assistant Ombudsman people on each level of office.
(3) The decree of awarding a special salary increase as referred to in paragraph (1), assigned the Chair of the Ombudsman.

Section 9
(1) To a person who is appointed as an Assistant Ombudsman candidate, given a salary of 80% (eighty percent) of the Assistant Ombudsman ' s salary each month.
(2) To the prospective Assistant Ombudsman as referred to in verse (1) which is appointed to the Assistant Ombudsman, the term for which the Assistant to the Ombudsman is counted in the granting of its calcareous pay increases.

Section 10
The further provisions necessary for the implementation of the Presidential Regulation are set up with the Rules of the Ombudsman.

Section 11
By the time this Presidential Regulation is in effect, then all the provisions along regarding the Honorarium of the Power Team are as arranged in the Presidential Decree No. 66 of 2002 on the Honorarium for the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Member, Power of the Team The assistance and staff of the National Ombudsman Commission secretariat as well as the work allowance that has been paid to the Assistant Ombudsman prior to this President's Regulation is in effect, revoked and declared not in effect.

Section 12
This President ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.
