THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE BACHARUDDIN JUSUF HABIBIE TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order of improvement and development of human resources as well as the alignment and improvement of higher education quality in the technology fields in South Sulawesi Province, need to establish a technology public college in South Sulawesi Province;
B. that based on the consideration as intended on the letter a, need to establish the Presidential Regulation on the Establishment of the Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie Technology Institute;
Remembering: 1. Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Act No. 20 of 2003 on National Education System (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 78, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4301);
3. Act No. 12 Year 2012 on Higher Education (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 158, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 5336);
4. Government Regulation No. 4 Year 2014 on the Hosting of Higher Education and Management Of The College (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2014 Number 16, Additional Gazette Republic Indonesia Number 5500);
DECIDED:
Establish: PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE BACHARUDDIN JUSUF HABIBIE TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE.
Section 1
With the Regulation of the President it established the Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie Institute of Technology as a public college in the Ministry of Education and Culture environment.
Section 2
The Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie Institute of Technology as referred to in Article 1 organizes academic education and can host vocational education in a number of particular science and/or technology families, and if it meets terms may host a profession education in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 3
(1) All financing necessary for the holding of the Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie Institute of Technology is charged in the State Budget and Shopping Budget.
(2) The Local Government may assist in financing as referred to in paragraph (1) in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 4
Further provisions are required for the implementation of the Regulation of this President, governed by ministers who are organizing government affairs in the field of education, ministers who are organizing government affairs in the areas of the country's apparatus, the minister who is the minister of the government. conduct a government business in the financial field, and/or the Head of the State Board of the State of the Country both jointly and individually in accordance with the field of its duties with the basis of the laws.
Section 5
This President ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.
