ABOUT THE PASSAGE OF THE MEMORANDUM OF MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN

THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE ' S REPUBLIC OF CHINA ON SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
DRAWS: A. that in Jakarta, on 13 December 2011, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the People's Republic of China on Scientific and Technological Cooperation (Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the People's Republic of China on Scientific and Technological Cooperation), as a result of negotiations between the Delegates of the Government. Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the People's Republic of China;
b. that the passage of the Memorandum of Mutual Understanding is required as a legal basis for the treatment of Scientific and Technological cooperation between the two countries;

c. that based on consideration as in letter a and letter b, need to pass a Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the People's Republic of China on Work Equally Scientific and Technological (Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the People's Republic of China on Scientific and Technological Cooperation) with the Presidential Regulation;
Given: 1. Article 4 of the paragraph (1) and Article 11 of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Law No. 24 Year 2000 on the International Covenant (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia 2000 number 185, additional sheet of state of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4012);
DECIDED:
SET: THE ENACTMENT OF THE MEMORANDUM THE UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENTS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE 'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA ON SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL COOPERATION (MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE' S REPUBLIC OF CHINA ON SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL COOPERATION).
Article 1
Passes A Memorandum Of Mutual Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the People's Republic of China on Scientific and Technological Cooperation (Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the People's Republic of China on Scientific and Technological Cooperation), which was signed on December 13, 2011 in Jakarta and the original in Indonesian, Chinese, and Bahasa Indonesia. English as attached and are an inseparable part of Rule of this President.
Article 2
If there is a difference of interpretation between the original text of the Memorandum of mutual understanding in Indonesian, Chinese, and English as referred to in Article 1, the applicable The manuscript of the Memorandum is understanding in English.
