ABOUT
ORDER IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SERVICE SCRIPT
IN THE SOCIAL MINISTRY ENVIRONMENT
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
THE SOCIAL MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to increase the efficiency and order of administration of governance and development and improvement of public services, the need for the implementation of the implementation of service scripts in the environment of the Ministry of Social Affairs;
B. that the Regulation of the Social Ministers Number 60 of 2011 on the Order of the Service Ordinance in the Environment of the Ministry of Social Affairs, needs to be adjusted to the laws and development of the state of the sehigga needs to
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Social Minister ' s Regulation on the Implementation of the Order of the Order of the Service in the Environment of the Ministry of Social Affairs;
Remembering: 1. Law No. 24 Year 2009 on Flag, Language, and Emblem Of State As Well As The National Anthem (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2009 Number 109, Additional Gazette Republic Of Indonesia Number 5035);
2. Act No. 12 Year 2011 on the Establishment of the Laws of the Law (sheet of State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2011 Number 82, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5234);
3. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State sebaimana has been several times amended, accrued with Presidential Regulation No. 91 of 2011 on Third Changes to Presidential Regulation No. 47 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2011 Number 141);

5. Social Minister Regulation Number 86 /HUK/2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Social Affairs;
DECIDED:
Establish: SOCIAL MINISTER REGULATION ON THE DIRECTIONS OF THE EXECUTION OF THE GRAMMAR OF SERVICE IN THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE SOCIAL MINISTRY.
Section 1
The Guide to the Implementation of the Order of Service in the Environment of the Ministry of Social Affairs as set forth in the Attachment is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
Section 2
The Guide to the Implementation of the Office of Service in the Environment of the Ministry of Social Affairs as referred to in Article 1 is a reference in the management of the administration of the government in the Ministry of Social environment.
Section 3
At the time of the Ordinance of the Minister, the Regulation of the Social Ministers of the Republic of Indonesia Number 60 of 2011 on the Guidelines of the Order of the Service in the Environment of the Ministry of Social Affairs (Indonesian National News of 2011 Number 314), was revoked and declared not applicable.
Section 4
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply at the date of the invitation.
