ABOUT THE CHANGE TO THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION NUMBER 79 IN 2011

ABOUT THE VISIT OF THE TOURIST SHIP (YACHT) FOREIGN TO INDONESIA

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD YANG MAHA ESA

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that to further enhance the visit of the tourist ship (yacht) foreign to Indonesia, it needs to be given ease in matters of paperwork to enter Indonesia ' s territorial waters and increase the support of facilities for tour ship visits (yachts) foreign;

b. that based on consideration as intended in letter a, it is necessary to change the Presidential Regulation No. 79 of 2011 on the Travelata (Yacht) Foreign to Indonesia.

DECIDED:

SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION OF THE CHANGE OVER PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION NUMBER 79 OF 2011 ON THE VISIT OF TOUR SHIP (YATCH) FOREIGNERS TO INDONESIA.

Article I

Some provisions in Presidential Regulation Number 79 of 2011 on Visiting Ship Wisata (Yacht) Foreign To Indonesia, were changed as follows:

1. The provisions of Article 2 are amended so that it reads as follows:

Article 2

(1) (1) tourist ship (yachts) foreign and crew members and/or passengers including luggage and/or vehicles that will enter Indonesian territorial waters. In order for tourist visits given the ease in the areas of Clearance and Approval for Indonesian Territory (CAIT), the divinity, customs, immigration, and quarantine.

2. The provisions of Article 3 are amended so that it reads as follows:

Article 3

(1) Foreign yachts (yachts) and crew members who will make a tourist visit to Indonesia are given ease in the process of pleas and awarding Clearance and Approval for Indonesian Territory (CAIT).

3. The provisions of Article 6 of the paragraph (3) are amended so that Article 6 reads as follows:

Article 6

(3) The written guarantee as referred to in paragraph (2) may be submitted by:

c. Organizers visit the tourist ship (yachts) foreign; or d. General agent; or

e. Owners of the tourist ship (yacht) foreign or crew members or foreign tourists are concerned

4. The provisions of Article 7 of the paragraph (4) are amended so that Article 7 reads as follows:

Article 7

(1) Crew and/or passenger of the tourist ship (yacht) foreign who will make a visit to Indonesia are required to have a residence permit.

(2) The residence permit is referred to in paragraph (1) of a specific time-term visit permit granted to a foreign citizen as the crew of the tourist ship (yacht) foreign:

a. Representative Visa holder published by Representative Republik Indonesia;

b. Visa holder visits upon arrival while arriving in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia; or

c. subject of a Short Visit Visa Free country.

(3) a specific time-term visit permit for the Visiting Visa holder as referred to in paragraph (2) the letter a and the letter b may be extended in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

(4) The residence permit for a visit in a given time as referred to in paragraph (3) can be performed at the nearest Immigration Office where foreign travel (yacht) is located, with the following:

a. A plea and a guarantee of a guarantor;

b. Valid national passport and still in effect-a lack of 6 (six) months; and

c. Residence permit.

(5) Crew liner (yacht) foreign as referred to in verse (2) is not required to perform the registration of a foreigner.

5. The provisions of Article 13 of the paragraph (2) are amended so that Article 13 reads as follows:

(1) In order to increase the visit of the tourist ship (yacht) foreign, Government and/or Local Government may provide facility support for the tourist ship (yachts) foreign.

(2) The support of the facility as referred to in paragraph (1) is:

a. Foreign (yacht), a foreign cruise ship (yacht), b. ease in the construction of a marina or terminal

special tourist ship (yacht) foreign; c. dock construction;

d. installation of means of shipping navigation;

e. ease for maintenance facilities and repair of tourist ships (yachts);

f. the construction of the tourist ship point (yacht); and g. facilities and other convenience as needed.

(3) The support of the facility as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) are executed in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

6. The provisions of Article 14 of the paragraph (2) are amended so that Article 14 reads as follows:

(1) In order to guarantee the effectiveness of the implementation of this Presidential Regulation may be coordinated with the associated agencies and/or other parties.

(2) The coordination as referred to in paragraph (1) involves the elements:

a. Ministry of Foreign Affairs;

b. Ministry of Defense;

c. Ministry of Law and Human Rights;

d. Ministry of Finance;

e. Ministry of Transportation;

f. Ministry of Health;

g. Ministry of Marine and Fisheries;

h. Ministry of Tourism;

i. The headquarters of the Indonesian National Army; and

j. General agents and/or organizers of tourist ship visit (yachts) foreign.

Article II

The rules of the President begin to take effect on the date of promulcity.
