Act No. 10 of 2009 about Tourism (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia number 11 in 2009, an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5141); 9. Law number 6 year 2011 about Immigration (Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 52 in 2011, an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5216); Decide: define: PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION CONCERNING CHANGES to the PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION NUMBER 79 of the YEAR 2011 at ABOUT TOURIST SHIP EXCURSIONS (YATCH) FOREIGN to INDONESIA. The provisions of article 7 paragraph (4) is amended so that article 7 reads as follows: article 7 (1) the crew and/or passenger boat tours (yacht) foreigners will make a visit to Indonesia is obliged to have a residence permit. The provisions of article 13 paragraph (2) are amended so that Article 13 reads as follows: (1) in order to increase the tourist ship excursions (yacht), foreign Governments and/or local governments can provide support facilities for tourist vessels (yachts). (2) support facility referred to in subsection (1) in the form of: a. establishing a Groove cruise ship tour (yacht); b. ease in construction of the marina or special terminals ship tour (yacht); c. the construction dock; d. installation of the cruise navigation AIDS; e. ease of maintenance and repair facilities for boat tours (yacht); f. construction of point labuh tour boat (yacht); and g. other conveniences and facilities according to your needs. (3) the grant of support facilities as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) was carried out in accordance with the provisions of the legislation. 6. The provisions of article 14 paragraph (2) are amended so that Article 14 reads as follows: (1) in order to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of this Regulation of the President can be conducted coordination with relevant agencies and/or other parties.
