The Election Commission Regulations No. 4 by 2014 about stages, Timetable and Programme of organizing elections of President and Vice President by 2014; Decide: define: ELECTORAL COMMISSION RULES REGARDING the VOTING, COUNTING and the RECAPITULATION of VOTES for CITIZENS of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA ABROAD in the ELECTIONS of PRESIDENT and VICE PRESIDENT by 2014. CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this Election Commission Regulations are: 1. (2) the Chairman of the KPPSLN ensure KPPSLN Members are in place in accordance with its duties as stipulated in article 28 paragraph (3). (3) the activities of the Chair of the KPPSLN referred to in Article 28 paragraph (3) the letter a is assisted by other KPPSLN and Shall be witnessed by witnesses, Panwas LN, Monitors, and citizens/voters.
