ABOUT
THE SIXTEENTH CHANGE TO THE GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 7 OF 1977 ON THE PAY REGULATIONS OF CIVIL SERVANTS
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. That in order to improve the purpose and purpose and well-being of the civil servants, it is necessary to raise the principal salary of civil servants;
b .that the principal salary of the civil servants as set forth in Appendix II of the Government Regulation No. 7 of 1977 on the Civil Servant Payroll Ordinance which has been several times the last modified with Government Regulation No. 22 2013 on the fifteenth Change of Government Regulation No. 7 of 1977 on the Civil Servants Salary Ordinance needs to be changed;
c. That under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Government Regulation on the Sixth Amendment to the Government Regulation No. 7 of 1977 on the Civil Servants Salary Ordinance;
Remembering: 1. Article 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Act No. 5 Year 2014 on Civil Aparregulated State (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2014 Number 6, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 5494);
3. Government Regulation No. 7 of 1977 on the Civil Servants Salary Ordinance (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 1977 Number 11, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 3098) as has been fifteen times the last modified with Government Regulation No. 22 of 2013 on the fifteenth Change of the Government Regulation No. 7 of 1977 on the Civil Servants Salary Ordinance (State Sheet of Indonesia 2013 No. 57);
DECIDED:
SET OF THE GOVERNMENT ' S REGULATIONS ON THE SIXTEENTH CHANGE OF GOVERNMENT REGULATION 7 OF 1977 ON THE PAY REGULATIONS OF CIVIL SERVANTS.
Section 1
1. Changing Annex II of Government Regulation No. 7 of 1977 on the Salary Regulations Of Civil Servants (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 1977 Number 11, Additional Gazette Republic Indonesia Number 3098) as it has fifteen Times modified with Government Regulation:
a. Number 13 In 1980 (State Of The Republic Of Indonesia 1980 Number 21, Additional Gazette Republic Indonesia Number 3162);
B. Number 15 Year 1985 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 1985 No. 21);
C. Number 51 In 1992 (sheet State of the Republic of Indonesia in 1992 Number 90);
D. No. 15 in 1993 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 1993 No. 21);
e. Number 6 In 1997 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 1997 No. 19);
f. No. 26 in 2001 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2001 No. 49);
G. Number 11 of 2003 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2003 No. 17);
h. Number 66 In 2005 (sheet State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2005 No. 151);
i. No. 9 Year 2007 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2007 No. 25);
J. Number 10 In 2008 (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2008 No. 23);
No, No. 8 Year 2009 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2009 No. 21);
I. Number 25 of 2010 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2010 No. 31);

So it becomes as set forth in the Attachment that is an integral part of this Government Regulation.
2. The terms as referred to in figure 1 came into effect on 1 January 2014.
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulcity.
