ABOUT THE GENERAL ELECTION OVERSIGHT GUIDELINES

SET: THE GOVERNING BODY 'S GOVERNING BODY REGULATION ON THE GENERAL ELECTION OVERSIGHT GUIDELINES OF THE 2014 PEOPLE' S REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL. IT ' S OVERSEAS.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION

Article 1

In this General Election Supervising Board Regulation referred to:

9. The Foreign Elections Supervisor is an officer formed by Bawaslu who is in charge of supervising the election of an overseas election

Article 2 (1) of the Foreign Election Supervising ensures that in the process

Section 4

Article 5

CHAPTER II OF PRINCIPLE, PURPOSE, AND EXECUTOR

Article 13 (1) The supervision of the conduct of public election campaign abroad

(2) The supervision of the implementation of the distribution of the provisions of the public elections outside of the country is focused on:

a. distribution and availability of polling equipment and voice counting;

b. the distribution and availability of the recapitulation equipment results;

c. availability of the ballots in the mail collection service activities by drop box; and

d. delivery and return of mail through post. (3) The supervision of implementation of voting activities is focused

on: a. number of indonesian citizens using the right to vote in

abroad; b. mobilization of indonesian citizens or not citizens

indonesia abroad to vote; c. selectors are not registered in DPTLN voting

in elections executed abroad; and

d. Voice-giving via drop box and post. (4) The supervision of the execution of the vote counting activities is focused

BAB III

SUPERVISION OF THE CONDUCT OF THE CAMPAIGN Article 14

(2) The Regents of Foreign Elections prevented participation in the election campaign abroad to: a. chairman, vice chairman, young chairman, supreme judge on the Court

Article 15 (1) Implementation of campaigns through publicity, broadcasting and advertising

CHAPTER IV OVERSIGHT OF THE DISTRIBUTION PROCESS

BAB V

POLLING OVERSIGHT

Article 27

Article 28
