ABOUT THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

DEVICE ENCODER INTERNET PROTOCOL TELEVISION

WITH THE GRACE OF THE GOD WHO MAHA ESA

REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ' S COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATICS MINISTER,

DRAWS: A. that in accordance with the provisions in Section 71 of the paragraph (1) of the Government Regulation Number 52 of the Year 2000 concerning the Hosting Telecommunications, any device and telecommunications device created, assembled, entered to be traded and/or used in The State of the Republic of Indonesia is required to meet technical requirements;

b. that there needs to be added substance regarding the Indonesian National Standard Electromagnetic Compatibility (SNI EMC) so that in the technical requirements device Encoder Internet Protocol Television needs to be adjusted;

c. that based on considerations on the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Regulations of the Minister of Communications and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia on the Technical Requirements of Device Encoder Internet Protocol Television;

5. 2010 Presidential Decree No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Task, Function, Organization and Ministry of State Works as amended last by the Presidential Regulation No. 56 of 2013 on the Fourth Amendment to the State of the Ministry of State. 2010 Presidential Decree No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, Functions, Organizational Organizations and the Working Tata of the Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia;

6. The decision of the Minister of Transportation No. 3 of 2001 on the Technical Requirements of Tools and Telecommunications Devices;

7. Rules of Minister for Communications and Informatics Number 29 /Per/M. Kominfo/09/ 2008 on the Certification of Tools and Telecommunication Devices;

8. Regulation of the Minister of Communications and Informatics Number 17 /PER/M. Kominfo/10/ 2010 on the Organization and the Working Services of the Department of Communication and Informatics;

9. Regulation of the Minister of Communications and Informatics Number 15 /PER/M. Kominfo/06/ 2011 on Adjustment Of The Word of the Word on Some Decision/Regulations of the Minister of Communications and Informatics which governs Special Muatan Materials in Post and Telecommunication Fields.

DECIDED: Assign: MINISTER OF COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATICS

ABOUT THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE DEVICE ENCODER INTERNET PROTOCOL TELEVISION.

Section 1 Device Encoder Internet Protocol Television created, assembled, inserted for Traded and/or used in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia must comply with technical requirements as referred to in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of this Minister's Regulation.

Article 2 of the implementation of testing against the Encoder Internet Protocol Television device is mandatory on technical requirements as referred to in Section 1.

Article 3

At the time the Minister ' s Ordinance is in effect, the Regulation of the Director General of Resources and Postal Devices and Informatics Number 201 /Dirjen/2011 on Requirements Software Encoder Internet Protocol Television is revoked and stated to be not valid.

Article 4

The rules of the Minister are effective at the date of the promulgations.
