b. that to strengthen the legal foundation in the designation of the class of office, the setting of the class of office as set up in the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number M. HH-01.KP.08.01 Year 2011 on the Office and the Class of the Post as well as the Improvement Employee performance in the Environment and Human Rights Ministry needs to be replaced by new regulations;

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In Regulation of this Minister referred to:

BAB II

OFFICE AND CLASS OFFICE

PERFORMANCE ALLOWANCE

TRANSITION provisions

Section 8

The performance of performance benefits as set forth in Annex I, Annex II, and Annex III of the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number M.
