ABOUT
THE SECOND CHANGE TO THE FORESTRY MINISTER 'S REGULATION NUMBER P. 44/MENHUT-II/2008 ON THE TERMS OF THE CONDUCT OF USE, UTILIZATION, REMOVAL, AND TRANSFER OF THE COUNTRY' S GOODS
THE SCOPE OF THE FORESTRY MINISTRY
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER FOR FORESTRY OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that to implement the provisions of the Government Regulation No. 6 Year 2006 on the Management of Goods of the State/Regions as amended by Government Regulation No. 38 of 2008 and the Financial Minister Regulation Number 96 /PMK.06/ 2007 about Order of Use, Use, Elimination, and Consumption Of State Goods, has been designated Minister of Forestry Regulation No. P. 44/Menhut-II/2008 on the Tata Way Implementation Of Use, Utilization, Elimination, and Use of the State of the Union. The Transfer Of Goods Owned By The Ministry Of The Forest. as amended by the Regulation Minister of Forestry Number P. 2/Menhut-II/2012;
B. that by the Decree of the Minister of Finance Number 218 /KM.6/ 2013 on the Devolution of Part of the Ministry of Finance, which has been passed to the Director General of the Wealth of State to Officials in the Environment Directorate General of Wealth The State for and On behalf of the Minister of Finance Siges the Letter and/or Decision of the Minister of Finance, then the Regulation Minister of Forestry Number P. 2/Menhut-II/2012 needs to be adjusted;
c. that under consideration as intended in letter a and letter b, need to establish the Ordinance of the Minister of Forestry about the Second Amendment to the Ordinance of Forestry Number P. 44/Menhut-II/2008 on the Tata Way of Implementation of Use, Use, Removal, And Transfer Of Goods Belonging To The Ministry Of Forestry.

3. Law No. 15 Year 2004 on Examination of Management And Responsibilities Of State Finance (Sheet State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2004 Number 66, Additional Sheet Republic Of Indonesia Number 4400);

Government Regulation No. 6 Year 2006 on Management Of Goods Belonging To State/Area (Sheet State Of The Republic Of Indonesia 2006 Number 20, Additional Gazette Republic Indonesia Number 4609) as amended by Regulation Government Number 38 In 2008 (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia 2008 Number 78, Additional Gazette Republic Of Indonesia Number 4855);
5. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 55 of 2013 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2013 Number 125);
6. Presidential Decree No. 84 /P of the Year 2009 on the Establishment of the United Indonesia Cabinet II as it has been several times amended last with Presidential Decree Number 5/P of 2013;
7. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan Organization, Duty, and Functions of Eselon I Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last by Presidential Regulation No. 56 2013 (sheet of State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2013 No. 126);
8. Finance Minister Regulation Number 96 /PMK.06/ 2007 on the Tata Way Implementation Of Use, Utilization, Removal, And Transfer Of State Goods;
9. Forest Minister Regulation Number P. 44/Menhut-II/2008 on the Tata Way Implementation Of Use, Utilization, Elimination, and Lending Of Goods Belonging To The State Of Forestry Department (State News Of The Republic Of Indonesia 2008 Number 29) as has been amended with the Regulation of the Minister of Forestry P. 2/Menhut-II/2012 (News of the Republic of Indonesia 2012 No. 49);
10.Regulation of Finance Minister Number 29 /PMK.06/ 2010 on the Classification and Efficacy of the State-owned Goods;
11.Regulation Minister Forestry Number P. 40/Menhut-II/2010 on the Organization and Work Order of the Ministry of Forestry (News of the State of the Republic of Indonesia 2010 Number 405) as amended with the Regulation of the Minister of Forestry Number P. 33/Menhut-II/2012 (State News of the Republic of Indonesia 2012 Number 405);
DECIDED:
Establish: FORESTRY MINISTER REGULATION ON THE SECOND CHANGE IN FORESTRY MINISTER REGULATION NUMBER P. 44/MENHUT-II/2008 ON THE TERMS OF THE CONDUCT OF USE, UTILIZATION, DELETION, AND BEAUTY OF THE COUNTRY ' S PROPRIETARY GOODS MINISTRY OF FORESTRY.
Section 1
Changing Annex XI Regulation Minister of Forestry Number P. 2/Menhut-II/2012 on Changes to the Ordinance of the Minister of Forestry Number P. 44/Menhut-II/2008 on the Tata Way of Use, Use, Elimination, and Lending Of Goods Belonging To The scope of the Ministry of Forestry, being Annex XI as set forth in the Regulation of the Minister of Forestry this.
Section II
(1) At the time the Ordinance of the Forestry Minister came into force:
1. Execution of the proposed consent use, utilization, deletion, and transfer of the State Property to Eselon I relating to the scope of the Ministry of Forestry before the enactment of the Ordinance of the Minister of Forestry is still a guideline on Minister Forestry Regulation Number P. 2/Menhut-II/2012;
2. Execution of the proposed use, utilization, deletion, and transfer of the State Property to the Office of the Wealth of State and Lelang/Office of the Directorate General of Wealth of State/Directorate General of the Wealth of State The Ministry of Finance prior to the enactment of the Ordinance of the Minister of Forestry is still under guidelines on the Ordinance of the Forestry Minister Number P. 2/Menhut-II/2012;
3. By the enactment of the Regulation of this Minister, then the Regulation of the Minister of Forestry Number P. 2/Menhut-II/2012 on the Changes to the Ordinance of the Forestry Minister Number P. 44/Menhut-II/2008 on the Tata Way of Implementation Of Use, Utilization, Elimination, and The transfer of goods belonging to the Ministry of Forestry was revoked and declared to be unapplicable.
The rules of the Ministry are effective on the date of the promulgations.
