ABOUT
FREIGHT VALUE PRICING AND INSURANCE VALUE
IN THE GOODS EXPORT NOTIFICATION CHARGING
RELATED USE OF TERM OF DELIVERY COST, INSURANCE AND FREIGHT FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF EXPORTS
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
TRADE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that to implement the provisions of Section 2 of the paragraph (1) of the Regulation of Trade Minister Number 01/M-DAG/PER/1/2014 of the Order of the Freight Value and Insurance Value In the Export Notice of the Export of Goods related to the Use of the Term of Delivery Cost, Insurance and Freight for Implementation Export, need to set the value of the freight and insurance value in the charging of the Export Goods Notice;
B. that based on consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish a Trade Minister Regulation on Freight Value Assignment and Insurance Value In the Export Notice of the Export-Cost Term of the Use of the Term of Delivery Cost, Insurance and Freight for the implementation of exports;
Remembering: 1. Bedrijfsreglementerings Ordonnantie 1934 (Staatsblad of 1938 Number 86);
2. 3. Decree President No. 260 of 1967 on the Enforcement of the Task and Responsibility of the Minister of Commerce In the Field of Foreign Trade;

7. Trade Minister Regulation No. 31/M-DAG/PER/7/2010 on the Organization and Workforce of the Ministry of Commerce as amended with the Trade Minister Regulation No. 57/M-DAG/PER/8/2012;
8. Trade Minister ' s Regulation 13/M-DAG/PER/3/2012 on General Terms In Export Fields;
9. Trade Minister Regulation Number 01/M-DAG/PER/1/2014 on the Tata Way of Freight Value and Insurance Value In the Export Notice of the Export-related Goods Use Term of Delivery Cost, Insurance and Freight for the Implementation of Export;
DECIDED:
Establish: TRADE MINISTER REGULATIONS ON THE DESIGNATION OF FREIGHT VALUE AND INSURANCE VALUE IN THE CHARGING OF EXPORT-RELATED GOODS RELATED TERMS OF DELIVERY, INSURANCE AND FREIGHT FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF EXPORT.
Section 1
The Freight Value and Insurance Value Set-up is based on the written input and coordination meeting of Team Freight Pricing and Insurance Value.
Section 2
The value of the Incurrent and Insurance Value as referred to in Article 1 is specified as set forth in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
Section 3
The value of the Goods and Insurance Value as referred to in Section 2 is made as the basis for the calculation of Freight Value and Insurance Value on the Export Notice of Goods using the terms of delivery Free on Board (FOB) and Cost And Freight. (CFR).
Section 4
The Value Freight and Insurance Value as referred to in Section 2 is valid from 1 March 2014 until 31 December 2014.
Section 5
In the event of the Value Freight Value and Insurance Value as referred to in Section 3 has expired and the new Freight and Insurance Value is not specified, then the value of Freight and the Insurance Value as set forth in the Attachment The rules of the Minister are stated to remain in effect until the new Freight and Insurance Value is fixed.
Section 6
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply at the date of the invitation.
