DELIVERY OF INDIVIDUAL REPORT ASSESSMENT CENTER IN THE FINANCIAL MINISTRY ENVIRONMENT

DECIDED:

Establishing: FINANCIAL MINISTER REGULATION ON THE DELIVERY OF INDIVIDUAL REPORT ASSESSMENT CENTER IN THE ENVIRONMENT MINISTRY OF FINANCE.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION

Article 1 In this Ministerial Regulation is referred to:

1. Civil servants of the Ministry of Finance, who are referred to as employees, are every civil servant who works actively in the Ministry of Finance, except for CPNS.

2. A non-technical competency (soft competency) is a grouping of knowledge, expertise, and attitudes embodied in a form of behavior that demonstrates the ability to manage jobs and build interactions with the Client. other people, who determine a person ' s success in the job.

3. Assessment Center The Ministry of Finance next called Assessment Center is a competency based assessment by engaging various evaluation techniques, methods, and measuring devices against the Employee.

4. The next level of a non-technical level of competence is called the Standard Competency Standard (SKJ) is the type and level of competence required by a position in accordance with the criteria set by each of the units of the eselon I and/or the Ministry of Finance.

5. Competency profile is a value that indicates the level of employee competence at the entire competency of the Ministry of Finance.

6. A Assessment Center report later abbreviated as LHAC is data evidence for behavioral evidence obtained from data retrieval results during the Assessment Center.

7. The Individual Assessment Center report later abbreviated as LIAC is an analysis of the LHAC that is delivered in writing to the employee who carries out the Assessment Center.

8. Re-Assessment Center is a Assessment Center process to re-assess the Employee Competency that has followed Assessment Center after going through the process of improving competency.

INTENT AND PURPOSE Section 2

The view of LIAC is to make it easier for employees to understand the competency profile and development advice.

Article 3

The purpose of the LIAC delivery is to be employees: a. Knowledge of the Competency (s) know the gap between employee competencies with Standards

Competencies (SKJ) as of office; and c. create a competency development action plan

THE PREPARATION AND DELIVERY OF LIAC Section 4

(1) The data for the preparation of LIAC is based on the Standard Competency (SKJ) and LHAC Standardswith regard to the provisions as follows:

a. LIAC to the employees who occupied the office of eselon II is based on the LHAC held by the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Finance;

b. The LHAC is based on the LHAC held by the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Finance;

c. LIAC to the employees who occupied the post of echelon IV, the office of the eselon V and/or functional office, and the executor is based on the LHAC hosted by the Directorate of Directorate

General/Agency/Inspectorate General or unit of eselon II handling Assessment Center on the respective eselon unit I respectively.

(2) The framing of LIAC is exercised by:

a. The Secretary-General for Employees Occupying the office of eselon II in the Ministry of Finance environment;

b. Secretary of the Directorate General/Body/Inspectorate General/Official echelon II addressing the Assessment Center on the unit of echelons I, for the employees who occupy the office of eselon III, the office of echelons IV, the office of the eselon V, and/or the functional office and The executor of each other's echelons.

Article 5

CHAPTER IV FOLLOW-UP DELIVERY OF LIAC

Article 7

1. Employees who have received the LIAC draft a competency development plan in the form of behavioral activity discussed with the direct supervisor.

2. The employee follows a competency development plan that is structured with direct superiors as referred to in paragraph (1), as per the mechanism set forth in the provisions of the Individual Development Plan (IDP).

3. For the performance of the Employee Competencies as referred to in paragraph (2), the superior directly performs the supervision and assessment of the implementation of the development of the competences.

Article 8
