Regulation of the Minister of finance Number 47/FMD. 01/2008 about the Assessment Center Department of finance; Decide: Define: REGULATION Of The MINISTER Of FINANCE CONCERNING The SUBMISSION Of REPORTS On INDIVIDUAL ASSESSMENT CENTER In The NEIGHBORHOOD Of The MINISTRY Of Finance. CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this ministerial regulation is: 1. a civil servant Ministry of finance hereinafter referred Employees is every civil servant who worked actively in the Environment Ministry of finance, except CPNS. 2. non technical Competence (soft competency) which is a grouping of competencies, hereinafter referred to as the knowledge, skills and attitudes embodied in forms with behaviors that demonstrate the ability to manage jobs and build interaction with others, that determines the success of a person in the job. 3. Assessment Center Ministry of finance who subsequently called Assessment Center is a competency-based assessment by involving a variety of techniques evaluation, methods, and tools to measure against employees. 4. The standard of competence of the Office of the non technical Competency Standards hereinafter terms (SKJ) was the type and level of competence required by an Office in accordance with the criteria set by each Echelon I and/or Ministry of finance. 5. CHAPTER III DRAFTING and FILING the LIAC article 4 (1) Data for drafting the LIAC Competency is based on standard terms (SKJ) and LHAC by observing the provision as follows: a. LIAC for employees who occupied the Office of Echelon II based on LHAC organized by the Secretariat-General of the Ministry of finance; b. LIAC for employees who occupied the Office of Echelon III is based on LHAC organized by the Secretariat-General of the Ministry of finance; c. LIAC for employees who occupied the Office of Echelon IV, title V of Echelon and/or implementing functional position, and based on a Secretariat hosted by LHAC Directorate www.djpp.kemenkumham.go.id 2014, no. 223 4 General/Agency/General Inspectorate unit or Echelon II dealing with Assessment Center at Echelon I units respectively. (2) Drafting LIAC executed by: a. General Secretary for the Employee occupying the position of Echelon II at the Environment Ministry of finance; b. the Secretary/agency/Directorate of Inspectorate General/Echelon II Officials who handle Assessment Center at Echelon unit I, for Employees who occupied the Office of Echelon III, Office of Echelon IV, title V, Echelon and/or functional position and executing Echelon I units respectively. (4) Making LIAC by Secretary General for Employees who occupied the Office of Echelon II at the Environment Ministry of finance as referred to in paragraph (2) letter a, may be exercised by the head of the Bureau of human resources; (5) the Secretary of the Directorate General of the Inspectorate General Agency///Echelon II Officials who handle the Assessment Center at Echelon unit I will compile the LIAC for employees who occupied the Office of Echelon III, may submit a request to LHAC Echelon III Chief of the Bureau of human resources.
