REGULATIONS MINISTER OF PERRELATIONS REPUBLIC INDONESIA NUMBER PM. 5 YEARS 2014

ABOUT THE TRANSIT RATES OF PEOPLE WITH ECONOMIC CLASS RAILWAYS

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY THE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA RELATIONS,

Weigh: a. that to implement the provisions of Article 146 of the paragraph (2) and Section 152 of the Government Regulation No. 72 Year 2009 on Traffic and Transport of the Railway, and guarantee the continuity of the transport of people with the economic class service railways as well as cross-service development, need to reorganize the transport rates of people with economic class railways;

b. that to carry out those provisions above, it needs to establish the Minister 's Regulation on People' s Transport Rates With Economic-Class Railway;

Given: 1. Law Number 23 Year 2007 on Railways (State Sheet Of Indonesia Year 2007 Number 65, Additional Gazette Republic Of Indonesia Number 4722);

2. Government Regulation No 56 of 2009 on the Hosting Of Railways (the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia in 2009 Number 129,

3. Government Regulation No 72 Year 2009 on Traffic and Transport of railways (State Gazette Indonesia Year 2009 Number 176, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 5086);

4. Presidential Decree No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as amended last with Presidential Regulation No. 55 of 2013;

5. Presidential Decree No. 24 of 2010 on the position, duties and functions of the Ministry of State as well as the organizational arrangements, duties, and functions of the Ministry of State, as amended last with the Presidential Regulation No. 56 of 2013;

6. The Presidential Decree No. 53 of 2012 on Public Service Oblicity and Freight Transport Subsidies of State-owned Railways, as well as the State-owned Railroad Maintenance And Maintenance Operations;

DECIDED: Set: REGULATION OF REPUBLICAN RELATIONS MINISTER

INDONESIA ON THE FARE OF TRANSPORT OF PEOPLE WITH ECONOMIC CLASS RAILWAYS.

Article 1 (1) of the transit Tarif of an economy class train, consists of:

a. train between cities; and b. Urban railways.

(2) Transport of people with an economic class train as referred to in verse (1), distinguished by service level.

(3) The level of service of the transport of people with an economic class train is composed of: a. transport of people with an economy class train with Air

Conditioner; b. Transport of people with economy class trains without Air

Conditioner.

(4) Transport of people with economic class railways, as referred to in paragraph (1), paragraph (2) and verse (3) are listed in Appendix I and II of this Minister Rule.

Article 2

Tarif the transit of people with an economic class railway as referred to in Article 1 already included the Iuran Dana Perdependents of the Passenger Crash under Act No. 33 of 1964 and Government Regulation No. 17 of 1965 as well as regulations implementation.

Article 3

The Director General conducts oversight of the execution This rule.

Article 4 At the time the Minister's Ordinance is in effect, then the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number PM. 43 Year 2012 on Tariff Rates Of People With Economic Class Railways as amended last with the Ministerial Ordinance Relationship Number PM. 59 Year 2013 and Regulation Minister Perrelations Number PM. 60 Year 2013 on People Transport Rates By Economic Class Air conditioner as amended last with the Regulation of Minister Perrelation Number PM. 67 Year 2013 revoked and declared not to apply.

Article 5 of the Minister ' s Regulation This goes into effect on the date of the invitation.
