ABOUT

STATUTE OF CIVIL POLITICS BATAM

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

MINISTER FOR RESEARCH, TECHNOLOGY, AND HIGHER EDUCATION

REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: a. that in order to provide management references

and the staging of the college tridharma in

the Batam State Polytechnic environment, it needs to establish

the Batam State Polytechnic Statute;

b. that in order to implement the provisions of Article 29

paragraph (10) of the Government Regulation No. 4 Year 2014

about the High Education Act and

The management of the College, needs to be regulated Statute

The State Polytechnic Batam;

c. that based on consideration as

referred to in letters a and letter b, needs to establish

the Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology, and Education

DECIDED:

SET: THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF RESEARCH, TECHNOLOGY, AND

HIGHER EDUCATION ON THE STATUTES OF POLYTECHNIC

THE COUNTRY OF BATAM.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In this Ministerial Ordinance referred to:

1. The Batam State Polytechnic is next abbreviated

Polibatam is a college that

organizes vocational education in various

family of science and/or technology and if

is eligible, Polibatam can host

education profession.

2. Vocational education is a higher education that

prepares students to be professionals with

high employment skills/abilities.

3. The curriculum is a set of plans and settings

regarding the purpose, contents, and materials as well as the way that

is used as a guideline for activities

learning to achieve higher education goals

in Polybatam.

4. The Study Program is a unit of educational activities and

learning that has Curriculum and methods

particular learning in one type of education

academic, professional education, and/or Education

5. The Director is the Director of Polibatam.

6. The Polibatam is a unit composed of professors,

educated, and Polybatam students.

7. The Sivitas Akademika is an academic society that

consists of the lecturers and students of Polybatam.

8. Lecturer is a professional educator and scientist at

Polibatam with the primary task of transforming,

developing, and disseminating science

knowledge, technology, and art through education,

research, and devotion to the community.

9. The workforce is a member of the society that

devoted and raised to support

the host of higher education in Polibatam.

10. Students are enrolled learers and

study in the Study/Program Studies program in the environment

Polibatam.

11. The Minister is the minister who organizes the affairs

governance in the field of higher education.

BAB II

IDENTITY

Article 2

(1) Polibatam is a public college in

Article 6

(1) Polibatam has academic and fashion clothing

almamater.

(2) Academic Busane as referred to in paragraph (1)

consists of:

a. The leadership of the team,

c. Senate dress; and

d. Wisudawan fashion.

(3) Academic Busana as referred to in verse (1)

is toga, hat, necklace, and other attributes.

(4) Busana almamater as referred to in verse (1)

is an old blue almamater suit with code

colors (CMYK) C: 98, M: 79, Y: 24, and K: 02 and in section

BAB III

HOSTING OF THE COLLEGE TRIDHARMA

Part Kesatu

Education

Article 7

(1) Polibatam organizes Vrelocate Education in

various science and/or technology families

and if qualified, Polibatam can

host a profession education.

(2) Polibatam organizes educational programs

diplomas and if qualified can

host applied bachelor program, magister

applied, and doctorate applied in accordance with the provisions

laws.

(3) Further provisions regarding hosting

Vocation education as referred to in paragraph (1)

is set in the Director's Ordinance after receiving

Senate considerations.

Article 8

(1) Year academic at Polibatam is set in accordance with

the provisions of the laws with

consider the new Student acceptance time.

(2) the academic year as referred to in paragraph (1)

divided in 2 (two) semester that is the gasal semester and

even semester.

(3) The Hosting semester as intended

paragraph (2) for at least 16 (sixteen) weeks

includes the midterms and final exams

semester.

Article 9

(1) The education in Polibatam is implemented

with the Semester Credit System (SKS).

(2) The workload of student studies, Dosen workload, experience

study, and the hosting load of the program stated

in the semester credit unit (sks).

Article 10

(1) The Polibatam Curriculum is developed in accordance with

National Standards of Higher Education.

(2) The education of education is exercised through the

face of both theory and practice, the seminar, symposium,

panel discussion, workshops, public lectures, and/or

other scientific activities.

(3) The teaching process is hosted in the classroom,

labs, workshops, and studios and in the form

work practices or intern in the industry.

Article 11

(1) The assessment of the study results is a process evaluation

of the Student learning progress.

(2) The assessment as referred to in paragraph (1) is performed

periodically in the form of the exam, the execution of the task,

the final task, observation, and/or other form.

(3) The execution of the task as referred to in paragraph (2)

is done via a structured, independent, and/or

group of tasks.

(4) The assessment of the study results as referred to in paragraph

(1) has a certain weight denoted

each is worth 4, 3, 2, 1, and 0.

(5) Student study results in one semester are stated

with the semester achievement index.

(6) Student study results in a study period

expressed with the cumulative achievement index.

Article 12

(1) Students are declared a pass on a level

education after attending the lecture

(2) Further provisions regarding Student Graduation

set in the Director's Ordinance after receiving

Article 13

(1) At the end of the educational program

(2) Graduation as referred to in paragraph (1) can

Section 14

(1) The Indonesian language is used as a introduction language

hosting education in the Polibatam environment.

(2) English and other foreign languages can

be used as an introductory language, whether in

education and in

the delivery of knowledge and/or skills

Article 15

(1) The new Student Reception in the Polibatam environment

is organized through the acceptance selection path

(6) Student acceptance does not discriminate against gender,

religion, ethnicity, race, citizenship, social status, and

economic capability level.

(7) More provisions regarding Student acceptance

as referred to the paragraph (1) to the paragraph

(6) is set in the Director's Ordinance after receiving

the Senate consideration.

The Second Section

Research

Article 16

(1) Polibatam carries out activities research that

directed at basic and applied research for

generate innovation.

(2) Research as contemplated in paragraph (1)

aims to develop skills,

experience, power of reason, enriching learning, and

providing problem solutions in the industry and/or

society.

(3) The research activities as referred to in paragraph (1)

may be held in the laboratory/studio/bengkel/

field/industry as well as elsewhere.

(4) The research activities are carried out by the Sivitas Akademika

both groups and individuals performed

by upholding the science rule,

scientific ethics, and intellectual property rights accordingly

with the provisions of the laws.

(5) The results of mandatory research are disseminated in a way

disseminated, published, and/or patented,

except for confidential research results,

intruting, and/or endangering interests

in general.

(6) The publication of the research results as referred to

paragraph (5) is conducted in the periodical periodical in

the accredited country or the scientific periodical

international and other forms of scientific publication that

recognized the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Education

High.

(7) The results of the research constitute the right of wealth

the intellectual shall be protected in accordance with the provisions

laws.

(8) Further provisions regarding hosting

research activities are set up in the Director's Regulations

after having received Senate consideration.

Third Part

Engagement to the Community

Article 17

(1) Engagement to the public is performed

Section 18

(1) Enablement of service to the public

is oriented for community empowerment.

(2) The results of devotion to society can

be utilized as the basis for the research continued.

(3) The provisions of the utilization of the service

Fourth Quarter

Academic Code of Conduct and Ethics

Article 19

(1) Polibatam citizens uphold the code of conduct that

contains moral values, decency, honesty, rules

for scholarship, and profession as well as having discipline and

personality integrity in carrying out tasks.

(2) Sivitas Academics polybatam is required to uphold

academic ethics and professions.

(3) Polibatam ' s citizens are conducting the above activities name

personal or group responsible for the activities

that is personally or group.

(4) Polibatam citizens who conduct activities

attribute to Polibatam outside the campus should

get permission from the Director.

(5) Further provisions regarding the code of conduct as

are referred to verse (1) is set in the Director Rule.

(6) Further provisions regarding the academic ethics

as referred to in paragraph (2) are set in

The Director's Rule after being considered

Fifth Section

Academic and scholarly autonomy

Article 20

(1) Polibatam upheld the academic freedom,

the freedom of academic mimbar, and the autonomy of scholarship.

(2) Academic freedom in underlying efforts,

implementing, and developing science,

technology, and/or art, through educational activities,

research, and devotion to society

quality and be responsible.

(3) The freedom of academic mimbar is the authority

Part Sixth

Title and Award

Article 21

(1) Polibatam provides a vocational degree to the Student

who has graduated.

(2) Giving and use of the vocation title as

referred to in paragraph (1) is implemented in accordance with

the provisions of the laws.

Article 22

(1) Polibatam gives a diploma to the Student who

has graduated.

(2) Polibatam may provide a competency certificate

and/or facilitate the Student to obtain

certificates competency.

(3) The granting of certificates and competency certificates as

referred to paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) are executed in accordance

with the provisions of the laws.

Article 23

(1) Polibatam may give an award to

a person, group, or institution seen to have been

is credited with education or having an achievement in

the academic field and/or nonacademic.

(2) The provisions of the given criteria and procedures

The award as referred to in paragraph (1) is set

in the Director's Ordinance after receiving

Senate consideration.

BAB IV

MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Section Kesatu

Vision, Mission, and Strategic Plan

Article 24

Polibatam ' s vision is making Batam State Polytechnic

as the best competency-based college in

regional area.

Article 25

Polibatam mission:

a. organizes the best Vrelocate Education in

Indonesia;

b. conduct partnership-based aplikative research with

industry and society;

c. performing community empowerment activities; and

d. host a good organization governance.

Article 26

Polibatam aims:

a. generate skilled, adaptive, motivated graduates,

independent, and uphold the ethics of ethics;

b. generate aplikative research partnering with the industry and

society;

c. plays an active role in the increased capability capacity

society; and

d. embody an independent, effective, efficient, and

accountable organization.

Article 27

(1) In order to achieve the vision, mission and purpose

as referred to in Article 24, Section 25, and

Article 26 Polibatam is compiling a development plan

long term, medium term, and plan

operational.

(2) The long-term plan and strategic plan

as referred to in paragraph (1) contains the plan

and the development program 25 (twenty-five) years

Polibatam is divided into 3 (three) plan period

strategic:

a. period 2011-2015: Service Strengthening and

Institution Capacity;

b. period 2015-2020: Regional Saing Power; and

c. period 2020-2025: International Saing Power.

(3) The operational plan as referred to in paragraph

(1) is the definition of a strategic plan that

contains the program and Polibatam activities for period 1

(one) year.

Second Part

Polibatam Organization

Paragraph 1

General

Article 28

The Polibatam organ is composed of:

a. Director;

b. Senate; and

c. The Board of truss.

Director

Article 29

The director as the Polibatam maintainer organ consists of:

a. Director and Associate Director;

b. Section;

d. Center; and

e. Technical Managing Unit.

Article 30

(1) The Director as referred to in Article 28 of the letter a

runs the Polibatam management function for and

on behalf of the Minister.

(2) To perform the functions as referred to

paragraph (1), the Director has the task and authority:

a. Compiling a statute and its changes to

proposed to the Minister;

b. Compiling the Academic Sivitas code for

proposed to the Senate;

c. compiling and/or change plans

long-term development of 25 (twenty-five)

Polibatam years;

d. compose and/or change the strategic plan 5

(five) of Polibatam year;

e. compose and/or change the work plan and

annual budget (operational plan) Polibatam;

f. manage education, research, and devotion

to the public in accordance with the work plan

and the annual Polibatam budget;

g. lift and/or dismiss the Maid

Director and unit leader under the Director

Article 31

(1) Susunan of the organization and the Polibatam system refers to

National Education Minister Regulation No. 26 Year

2010 on Establishment, Organization, and Tata Workforce

(2) Polibatam may propose changes in organizational units at

under the Director's organs as referred to in paragraph (1)

in accordance with the need to the Minister.

(3) The organizational unit change as referred to in

paragraph (2) is set by the Minister after receiving

the approval of the minister responsible in

the field of the country's apparatus of the apparatus.

Senate

Article 32

(1) The Senate referred to in Article 28 of the letter b

society to the college leader;

d. giving consideration to the leader

college in opening and closing

Study Program;

revocation of the academic title and award;

f. giving consideration to the leader

college in the professor ' s proposal; and

(3) In executing the duties and authority as

Article 33

Article 60

(1) Students are prohibited from performing activities that can

assume academic activities and other activities at

Cooperation

Article 67

(1) Polibatam organizes cooperation with

other colleges, government agencies, governments

BAB V

INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM

Section 69

(1) Internal Polibatam Mutu System Warranty System is

c. the development of quality standards and audits in the fields

devotion to the community; and

d. the development of quality standards and audits in the field

Section 70

(1) For ensuring the quality of hosting education

(2) Accreditation is exercised to determine eligibility

BAB VI

FORM AND REGULATORY LAYOUT

Article 71

BAB VII

FUNDING AND WEALTH

Article 72

(1) Polibatam funding sources are from the Government,

local government, public, foreign aid,

and/or other sources of legal in accordance with the provisions of

the laws.

(2) The source of funding that comes from the community

as referred to in paragraph (1) can be shaped:

a. education financing contribution;

b. Polybatam entrance exam fee;

c. donation of increased academic quality;

d. Donations, grants, or assistance from individuals,

non-government agencies, or other parties;

e. the results of the work contract between Polibatam with the party

other in the framework of academic and

nonacademic terms; and

f. Other acceptance of the terms of the applicable law.

(3) The source of the funding as referred to in paragraph (1)

is managed to be accountable and transparent in accordance with

the provisions of the laws.

Article 73

(1) Polibatam ' s wealth includes moving objects and not

moving.

(2) Intellectual Property that belongs to the Government

and is managed by Polibatam.

(3) The wealth of Polibatam as referred to in paragraph (1)

is utilized for the hosting of tridharma

colleges and Polybatam development.

(4) The funds obtained from the utilization of wealth

Polibatam as referred to in paragraph (1)

is the receipt of the country not tax.

(5) The wealth of Polibatam as referred to in paragraph (1)

cannot be moved to or allowed to

another party.

BAB VIII

LAIN-OTHER provisions

Article 74

(1) The change of Polybatam statute is carried out in a meeting

attended by representatives of all Polibatam organs.

(2) The deputy of the entire organ Polybatam as intended

in paragraph (1) consists of:

a. Director;

b. Assistant Director;

c. Chair of the Department;

d. 6 (six) Senate members of the Vice Dosen; and

e. 1 (one) member of the Board of Fortruss.

(3) Statutes change decision is done

with deliberations to reach the mufakat.

(4) If the deliberations as referred to in paragraph (3)

not attained mufakat, take a vote

with the provisions of each meeting participant has 1 (one)

(5) The change of the statute approved in the meeting

BAB IX

provisions TRANSITION

Article 75

(1) All activities of academic activities and

nonacademics still remain in place until

hosting academic and nonacademic activities

adjusted to the Regulation This minister.

(2) Adjustments of academic and nonacademic activities

as referred to the paragraph (1) is performed at most

slow 1 (one) year since this Minister's Rule

is set.

BAB X

Article 76
