SET: REGULATION OF MINISTER FOR RESEARCH, TECHNOLOGY, AND
HIGHER EDUCATION ON POLYTECHNIC STATUTES
MANUFACTURING COUNTRY BANGKA BELITUNG.
BAB I
provisions of UMUM
Article 1
In this Ministerial Ordinance referred to:
1. State Manufacturing Polytechnic Bangka Belitung that
subsequently called Polmanbabel, is a high
school that organizes a vocational education in
various family of science and/or technology
and if qualified Polmanbabel can
organize a profession education.
2. Vocational education is a higher education that
prepares students to be professionals with
high employment skills/abilities.
3. The curriculum is a set of plans and settings
regarding the purpose, contents, and materials as well as the way that
is used as a guideline for activities
learning to achieve higher education goals
in Polmanbabel.
4. The Study Program is a unit of educational activities and
learning that has a curriculum and method
particular learning in one type of education
academic, professional education, and/or education
vrelocate.
5. The Director is Director of Polmanbabel.
6. Citizens of Polmanbabel are lecturers, education personnel,
and students at Polmanbabel.
7. The Sivitas Akademika is a unit consisting of the faculty of

BAB II
IDENTITY
Article 2
(1) Polmanbabel is a college in the environment
Ministry Research, Technology, and Higher Education
based in Sungailiat, Bangka regency,
Bangka Belitung Islands province.
(2) Polmanbabel was established under the Minister Regulation

2010 on Establishment, Organization, and Workforce

named Academy of Engineering "POLMAN TIMAH"
organized by the Timah Polytechnic Foundation which
was established on 31 January 1994 based on
Akta dated 31 January 1994 through the Letter
Decree of the Minister of Justice of Indonesia on May 14, 1993

(4) Technical Academy "POLMAN TIMAH" was changed to
The Polytechnic of Tin Manufacturing based on Decision
Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia
No. 112/D/O/1999 dated 13 July 1999.

Article 3
(1) Polmanbabel has an octagonal coat of arms
with the top left side a check that
is composed of 3 (three) blue base colored beams
and 1 (one) The beams are gray.
(2) Polmanbabel ' s emblem as referred to in verse
(1) has the following meanings:
a. Octagonal forms have a commitment meaning
hosting higher education that
emphasizes the field of purified;
b. 3 (three) the boat-shaped beam has meaning
wading through the ocean to carry out the mandate
the college tridharma;
c. the check form has the meanings

d. blue has the meaning of depth of science; and
e. gray color has the significance of the brilliance.

Article 5

BAB III
HOSTING THE COLLEGE TRIDHARMA
Part Kesatu
Education
Article 8
(1) Polmanbabel organizes a vocational education in
various family of science and/or technology
and if qualified, Polmanbabel can
host Profession education.
(2) Polmanbabel organizes program education
diploma and If qualified can
host an applied master program and doctorate
applied in accordance with the rules of the invite-
invite.
Article 9
(1) The academic year at Polmanbabel is set to
with the provisions of the laws

Article 11
(1) Curriculum Polmanbabel is developed in accordance with the
national standards of higher education.
(2) The education is exercised through the

panel discussion, workshops, lectures general, and other activities

labs, workshops, and studios and in the form

Article 12
(1) The assessment of the study results is an evaluation process

(1) At the end of the educational program

Section 15
The education, academic year, curriculum,
assessment of the study results, graduation requirements, and graduation

Article 16
(1) The Indonesian language is used as the language of instruction
hosting education in the Polmanbabel neighborhood.
(2) Other English and foreign languages can

in the process of learning.
Article 17
(1) Reception of new students in the Polmanbabel environment
is organized through the acceptance selection path

a. have a High School/School diploma

equals;
b. have passed the selection; and

(5) Student acceptance does not discriminate against gender,
religion, ethnicity, race, citizenship, social status, and

(6) Further provisions of student acceptance

(5) is set in the Director's Ordinance after receiving
the Senate consideration.
The Second Section
Research
Article 18
(1) Polmanbabel carries out research activities that
is directed at basic and applied research.
(2) Research as referred to in paragraph (1)
aims to develop science,
skills, experience, reason, and creation to
solve problems in society, government,
and/or industry.
(3) The research activities as referred to in paragraph (1)
can be held in the laboratories/studio
as well as elsewhere.
(4) The research activities are conducted by the academic sivity
both groups and Individual to do
by upholding the science rule knowledge,
the scientific ethics, and intellectual property rights pursuant to
the provisions of the laws.
(5) The results of mandatory research are disseminated in a way
disseminated, published, and/or patented.

Engagement to the Community
Article 19
(1) Engagement to the public is performed

Article 20
(1) Polmanbabel citizens upholds the code of conduct that
contains moral values, decency, honesty, rules
to scholarship, and profession as well as having discipline and

(2) Polmanbabel's academic Sivitas is required to uphold
scientific ethics and professions.
(3) Polmanbabel citizens who conduct activities on behalf of
private or group is responsible for the activities

(4) Polmanbabel citizens who conduct activities

get permission from Director.
(5) Further provisions on ethical and ethical code

is set in the Director's Ordinance after receiving
Senate considerations.
Fifth Quarter
Academic and scholarly Autonomy
Article 21
(1) academic freedom, freedom of academic mimbar, and
scholarly autonomy is intended to carry out
scientific activities in Polmanbabel related to
education and science development,
technology and/or art.
(2) The Polmanbabel leadership is striving and/or
guarantees that each Academic sivity members can
carry out academic freedom in order
execution of duties and functions independently appropriate
with personal aspirations and in-laws by the norm and
the science of science.
(3) Freedom of academic mimbar is the authority
lecturers who have the authority and scientific authority to
declare openly and responsively
about something pertaining to the science family
and its scientific branch.
(4) In carrying out academic freedom of any sivity

(5) Scholarly Autonomy is the autonomy of academics

allow the use of Polmanbabel resources,
throughout the activities are not intended for
personal business activities as well as practical political activities.

Title and Award
Article 22
(1) Polmanbabel gives diplomas and captions
diplomas and academic degrees to
Polmanbabel students who have been declared graduate.
(2) Polmanbabel may provide a competency certificate
as a proof of competency recognition in the field

(3) Certificates and/or certificate of competence as well as
use of the title as referred to the paragraph (1)

Article 23
(1) Polmanbabel may give an award to
a person, group, or institution.
(2) The award is given to a person or group
that has an accomplishment in the field of scholarship and/or
is credited with education at Polmanbabel.
(3) The awards to the institution are given for the institution
which is credited to the education at Polmanbabel.
(4) Further provisions regarding awarding of the award
as referred to in paragraph (1) is set in

(1) Polmanbabel academic sivity
violation of academic ethics and scientific ethics subject to
academic sanction in accordance with regulatory provisions

(2) Polmanbabel citizens who conduct disciplinary violations
are subject to sanction in accordance with regulatory provisions
laws.
(3) Further provisions on academic sanctions

The Director of Regulation after obtaining consideration

Polmanbabel aims:
a. increasing quality, relevance, and education access
height;
b. increasing number and quality of innovation products;

engagement activities to the community; and
d. generate quality human resources.
Article 28
(1) The Polmanbabel Long Term Development Plan
contains plans and development programs 25 (two
twenty-five) years.
(2) The Strategic Plan Polmanbabel contains a plan and
development program 5 (five) years.
(3) The Operational Plan or the Annual Work Plan
Polmanbabel is the definition of the Plan

General
Article 29
Polmanbabel Organ consists of:
a. Director;

Article 30
The director as the Polmanbabel maintainer organ consists of:
a. Director and Associate Director;
b. Majors;
c. Research and Engagement Center to the Community;
d. Section; and
e. Technical Managing Unit.
Article 31
(1) The Director is a Polmanbabel organ that
runs the Polmanbabel management function for and
on behalf of the Minister.
(2) To perform the function as contemplated in
paragraph (1), the Director has the task and authority:
a. Drafting a statute and its changes to
proposed to the Minister after it got
approval of the college organ;
b. compose and/or change plans
long-term development of 25 (twenty-five)
years Polmanbabel;
c. compiling and/or change the strategic plan 5
(five) Polmanbabel;
d. assemble and/or change the work plan and
annual budget (operational plan)
Polmanbabel;
e. manage education, research, and devotion
to the public in accordance with the work plan
and the annual Polmanbabel budget;

Article 33
(1) The Senate as referred to in Article 29 of the letter b
is an organ that exercises the function of designation
and consideration of the implementation of academic policy.
(2) In performing the function as referred to
paragraph (1), the Senate has task and authority as
following:
a. policy assignments, norms, and code of conduct
academic;
b. supervision of:
1. the application of academic norms and codes of conduct
sivity of academics;
2. the application of the academic provisions;
3. the implementation of the school quality of education
at least refers to the standard
national higher education;
4. exercise of academic freedom, freedom
academic mimbar, and scholarly autonomy;
5. Academic orderly conduct;
6. execution of a teaching performance assessment policy;
and
7. execution of the learning process, research,
and devotion to the community.

(3) The number of members of the Senate coming from the deputy lecturer

paragraph (2) letter a, letter b, and letter c plus 1 (one).
(4) Senate elections coming from vice-Lecturer
each major as referred to in paragraph (2)

(7) The term of a member of the Senate 4 (four) year and can
reappointed for 1 (one) times term.
(8) The Senate in performing its duties may form
the workers ' bodies in accordance with the needs.

The Board of Worship
Article 35
(1) The Board of Antuts as referred to in the Article
29 letter c is a Polmanbabel organ that
has a function of giving consideration

authority:
a. giving consideration to policies

Section 64
(1) Students are prohibited from performing activities that can
interfere with academic activities and activities
other in Polmanbabel environment such as acts of violence,

in accordance with academic and societal norms.
(2) Students who commit abuses as
referred to the paragraph (1) may be subject to sanctions.

Article 65
The status as a Polmanbabel student is declared expired
if:
a. has completed the education program;
b. resign on your own request;

completing the education program;
e. been shown to be involved in criminal offenses
based on the court ruling that has had
the power of the law remains; or
f. evidently committing a severe breach of

(1) Students form a student-student organization that

(3) The organizational structure and the Alumni Association layout
Polmanbabel is set in the Basic Budget and Budget

Article 68
(1) Sarana and Polmanbabel infrastructure were obtained from

BAB VI
FORM AND LAYOUT FORMATION
Article 74
(1) The rules and hierarchies are applicable in
Polmanbabel environment as follows:
a. The rules of the negotiations;
b. Senate rules;
c. rules Director; and
d. decision of the Director.
(2) The order of regulatory desigcountries as intended
on paragraph (1) is conducted in accordance with the provisions
laws.
BAB VII
FUNDING AND WEALTH
Article 75
(1) Polmanbabel funding sources come from
Government, local government, community, assistance
overseas, and or other authorized sources appropriate
with the provisions of the laws.
(2) The funding source as referred to in paragraph (1)
is managed to be integrated in accordance with the provisions
applicable laws.
Article 76
(1) Polmanbabel's wealth includes moving objects and
not moving, intellectual property which is the
belongs to the Government and is managed by Polmanbabel.
(2) Polmanbabel's wealth as referred to the paragraph
(1) utilized for the staging of tridharma
Polmanbabel college and development.
(3) The funds obtained from the utilization of wealth
Polmanbabel as referred to in verse (1)
is the state acceptance not a tax.

(4) Polmanbabel's wealth as referred to in verse
(1) may not be transferred or allowed
to the other.
BAB VIII
LAIN-ELSEWHERE
Section 77
(1) Changes of Polmanbabel Statute are conducted in a
meeting attended by representatives of all organs
Polmanbabel.
(2) The deputy of the entire Polmanbabel organ as
referred to the paragraph (1) consists of:
a. Director;
b. Assistant Director;
c. Chairman and Secretary of Business;
d. The Chairman, Secretary, and 1 (one) member of the Senate;
and
e. Chairman and Secretary of the Board of Fortrustees.
(3) The decision-making changes to the Polmanbabel Statute
is based on deliberations for the assemblies and if
the deliberations for the mufakat were not achievable,
decision making is done by polling
votes.
(4) Changes of the already approved Polmanbabel Statute
in the meeting as referred to in paragraph (1)
delivered to the Minister for set.
BAB IX
TRANSITIONAL provisions
Article 78
(1) All academic activities and
nonacademics still remain in place until
hosting academic and non-academic activities
is tailored to this Minister's Regulation.

are conducted at least 1 (one) years since
the current Ministerial Regulation.

PROVISIONS PROVIDED
