PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAW: that to implement the provisions of Article 68E and Article

75 Act No. 18 of 2009 on

Animal and Animal Health as amended

with Act No. 41 of 2014 about

Change Under the Law No. 18 Year 2009

about the Ranch and Animal Health needs to set

Government Regulation on the Veteriner Authority;

SET: A GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON AUTHORITY

VETERINER.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In this Government Regulation referred to:

1. Veteriner authority is the institutional liability of the Government or

BAB II

INSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY VETERINER

Part Kesatu

General

Article 2

(1) Veteriner Authorities have the task of setting up

Article 4

(1) The duties, authority, and functions of the Veteriner Authority

National Veteriner Authority

Article 6

Article 7

Article 8

Third Part

Ministry Veteriner Authority

Article 9

The ministry Veteriner authority as referred to in

governments in the field of conservation of natural resources

biology and its ecosystem; and

c. ministries that host affairs

Article 10

(1) The Ministry Veteriner Authority which organizes

governance affairs in the Animal Health field

as referred to in Article 9 of the letter a includes:

a. Veterinary Health Veteriner Authority;

b. Veteriner Public Health Veteriner authority;

and

c. Veteriner Authority Animal Quarantine.

(2) The ministry ' s Veteriner authority as referred

on paragraph (1) is led by each of the officials

Article 11

Article 12

Article 13

The Provincial Veteriner Authority

Article 14

Article 15

Article 16

Article 20

Article 21

Article 22

Article 23

f. Veterinary Health Information; and

Article 88
