ANOTHER FORM OF EQUAL

WITH THE GRACE OF THE GOD ALMIGHTY

MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a. that acceptance of new educated participants in the unit

formal education is kindergarten, school

base, first secondary school, secondary school

top, vocational high school, or any other form that

equals, need to be done objectively, accountable,

transparent, and without discrimination in order to improve

education services access;

b. that based on consideration as

ABOUT ADMISSION OF NEW EDUCATED PARTICIPANTS IN PARKS

CHILDREN, ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, MIDDLE SCHOOL

FIRST, HIGH SCHOOL, SCHOOL

VOCATIONAL MEDIUM, OR ANY OTHER FORM THAT

EQUAL.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In this Ministerial Ordinance referred to:

1. Kindergarten, which is later shortened to TK,

is one of the forms of child education unit age

early on formal education or other forms

2. School is Elementary School, Middle School

First (SMP), High School (SMA), School

Vocational Vocational (SMK), or any other form that

3. Acceptance of New Educants, next

BAB II

Objective

Article 2

PGDP aims to guarantee the acceptance of educated participants

BAB III

TATA CARA PGDP

Execution

Article 3

(1) PGDP is exercised through the mechanism in the network

Second Section

Requirements

Section 4

The requirements of the prospective new learners in kindergarten are:

a. aged 4 (four) years up to 5 (five) years

for group A; and

b. 5 (5) years to 6 (six) years

for group B.

Section 5

(1) The candidate requirements of a new student class 1 (one) SD

or other forms are equal:

a. Seven (seven)

-year candidates are required to be educated participants; and

b. (6) The following year (six) years on July 1 year of running.

(2) The exception of the lowest term 6 (six) years

as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter b

is reserved for Prospective students who have

special intelligence/special talent or readiness

Section 6

Section 7

(1) The candidate requirements of a new learners class 10 (ten)

High School, SMK, or other forms are equal:

a. the height of 21 (twenty-one) years;

b. have SMP/STTB SMP or any other form that

equals; and

c. has SMP SHUN or other form that

equals.

(2) SMK or other forms an equal field

specialties/skills programs/specific skills

may set additional special requirements in

the acceptance of new educated participants of the class of 10 (ten).

(3) The candidate requirements of a new student class 10 (ten)

as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter c

is excluded for prospective students who are from

schools abroad.

Article 8

Terms of age as referred to in Section 4, Section 5

paragraph (1), Section 6 of the letter a, and Section 7 of the paragraph (1) of the letter a

Article 11

Article 13

(1) Selection of new student trainees of the 10th grade (ten) High school,

Fourth Quarter

Article 15

Article 16

(1) High school, SMK, or other form of equal that

Article 17

The zoning provisions as referred to in Section 15

do not apply to SMK.

Fifth Section

Re-list and Redatable

Article 18

(1) Re-list is performed by a new learnable candidate

educated participant at the School in question.

Charges

Article 19

Charges in the implementation of PPDB and the datussities repeat at

BAB IV

CONVERSION OF LEARERS

Section 20

(1) The transfer of interschool proteges in one

county/city area, inter-county/inner city

Article 21

(3) In addition to the terms as set in paragraph (1) and paragraph

(2), the transfer of students from schools in other countries

to the school in Indonesia is required to obtain a letter

Article 22

(1) The educated participant who is coming from the education unit

nonformal and/or informal may be accepted in SD or

form other equals not at the beginning of class 1 (one)

nonformal or informal education units to the School

as referred to in paragraph (1), paragraph (2), and

Article 23

BAB V

ENTOURAGE LEARNS

a. Elementary in one grade was at least 20 (two

eight) educated participants;

b. SMP in one class is at least 20 (two

two) educated participants;

c. High school in one grade was at least 20 (two

twenty) educated participants and at most 36 (thirty

six) educated participants;

d. SMK in one class is at least 15 (five

thirteen) educated participants and at most 36 (thirty

six) educated participants.

e. Exceptional Elementary School (SDLB) in one class

totals at most 5 (five) educated participants; and

f. The First Extraordinary High School (SMPLB) and

Extraordinary High School (SMALB) in one

class of the most 8 (eight) educated participants.

Article 25

The provisions of the number of learners in 1 (one) Entourage

Learn as referred to in Section 24 can

Second Section

Article 26

The number of Study Troupes at the School is set as

following:

a. Elementary or other forms are equivalent to the most

REPORTING AND SUPERVISION

Article 27

(1) The school is required to report the implementation of PPDB and

Article 28

SANCTION

Article 30

(1) The violation of this Ministerial Regulation is granted

b. Provincial/District/City education services

provide sanctions to the principal, teacher,

and/or education personnel:

1) a written reprimand;

2) delays or subtraction rights;

3) the release of the task; and/or

4) temporary stops/remain of office.

(2) The introduction of the sanctions also applies to the school committee or

other parties that violate the provisions in the Regulation

This minister.

(3) the sanction as referred to in paragraph (1)

and paragraph (2), in addition to administrative sanctions also may

imposed criminal sanctions in accordance with the provisions

Section 31

Provincial/City Education Service/City granted

BAB IX

LAIN-LAIN

Article 32

(1) The school is organized within the territory of the country

Article 33

The school is required to charge, dispatch, and

Article 34

Article 35

Article 36

The provisions of zoning and PPDB systems

Article 38

BAB XI

Article 39
