THE HEALTH MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In this Ministerial Ordinance referred to:

1. Education Qualification Improvement Program

Health Energy is an acceleration program in

order to improve competence and qualifications

BAB II

HOSTING

Article 3

(1) Accelerating Program Educational Qualification

Power Health is made up of the study program as

following:

a. Diploma of Three Bidness;

b. Diploma Three Pharmacy;

c. Diploma of Three Nursing;

d. Diploma of Three Dental Therapy and Mouth or Diploma

Three Dental Health;

e. Diploma of Three Medic Laboratory Technologies;

f. The Triple Nutrition Diploma;

g. Diploma of Three Environmental Health;

h. Diploma Three Medical Recorders and Information

Health; and

i. Diploma of Three Blood Transfusations.

(2) In terms of required, the Minister may specify

a study program other than as referred to in the paragraph

(1).

Article 4

(1) The Accelerated Program of Educational Qualification

Health Energy may be hosted by the school

Article 5

(1) Accelerating Program Educational Qualification

The Health of Health is done through RPL.

(2) RPL as referred to in paragraph (1) aims

Article 6

(1) The formal education as referred to in Article 5

A. Face-to-face education; or

Article 7

Article 8

(1) The formal education study of the fulfillment framework

Article 9

At the end of the formal education term as referred to

in Section 8, each participant must conduct the test

competence in accordance with the provisions of the perinvite rules-

BAB III

ATTENDEES

Article 10

Article 11

Article 12

Article 13

Article 14

(1) After completing Upgrade Acceleration Program

return to the original work unit.

BAB IV

FINANCING

Section 15

The Financing of the Accelerating Program

Regional Shopping Revenue Budget or any other source that

is not binding.

Article 16

(1) In order to host the Accelerating Program

Improving Health Education Qualifiers,

Government and local governments provide assistance

fees education for participants with Aparatur status

Civil States or TNI/POLRI members.

(2) The assistance of an educational fee as referred to

paragraph (1) is given to the institution of education

education money.

(3) The assistance of education fees as

referred to the paragraph (2) is adjusted with the budget

available.

(4) Further provisions on cost help

education as referred to in paragraph (2) and

paragraph (3) is set by the Head of the Agency.

BAB V

MONITORING AND EVALUATION

Article 17

Article 19

(1) In order of supervision, Minister via Head

participants who violate the provisions of this Ministerial Regulation

(2) The return aid of education fees to the state coffers

Health.

(3) The return of the education fee as referred to

on the paragraph (2) is imposed to the participant who:

a. moved outside of the specified

high school study and/or college program;

b. stop not on academic consideration;

and/or

c. quit after concerned stated

received as a participant.

(4) Prohibition following the Accelerating Acceleration Program

Education Qualifiers Health care returns

as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter e imposed

to the participants who stopped after being declared accepted

as a participant of the time there is no education fee

issued.

BAB VII

provisions CLOSING

Article 20

The Accelerating Program Incresed Education Qualification

The Health of Health expires in 2020.

Article 21

The Regulation of the Minister goes into effect on the date

promulred.
