THE 64-YEAR-OLD RELIGIOUS MINISTER REGULATION 2015

ABOUT THE STATUTE OF HIGH SCHOOL BUDDHISM

THE COUNTRY OF RADEN WIJAYA WONOGIRI, CENTRAL JAVA.

Article I

Some provisions in the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Numbers

64 Years 2015 on the Statute of the High School of Buddhism

Negeri Raden Wijaya Wonogiri, Central Java (Country News

Republic of Indonesia) 2015 No. 1760), changed as

following:

1. The terms of the letter a section 30 are changed, so that Section 30

reads as follows:

Section 30

The candidate requirements of the Vice Chairman:

a. Fixed Dosen Status;

b. religious Buddha;

c. at the age of 60 (sixty) years;

d. most low graduate program Magister (S2);

e. I have Lektor's lowest functional position;

f. have a wide and wide-insight

regarding higher education;

g. understand the vision, mission, and aim of the High School;

h. submitted a healthy caption letter from the doctor

government;

i. not undergoing level disciplinary punishment

in accordance with rules provisions

j. was not being penalised based on the verdict

a court that has a fixed legal force;

k. nominating or nominated to be the Vice

Speaker in writing; and

l. submitted a statement of willingness to cooperate

2. The terms of the letter a Section 42 are amended, so that Article 42

reads as follows:

Section 42

Requirements for the Speaker of the Business:

a. Fixed Dosen Status;

b. religious Buddha;

c. at the age of 60 (sixty) years;

d. most low graduate program Magister (S2);

e. has the lowest functional office of Lektor;

f. is set in education in accordance with the related

5. The terms of the letter a and the letter b Section 49 are amended, so

Article 49 reads as follows:

Article 49

The candidate's requirement of the UPT Header:

a. Fixed Dosen Status;

b. religious Buddhism; c. aged 60 (sixty) years for

Lecturer and 54 (fifty-four) years for power

to education;

d. Lowest graduate graduate program (S1);

e. submitted a healthy caption letter from the government doctor;

f. not undergoing level disciplinary punishment

in accordance with the rules provisions

negotiations;

g. is not being criminalised based on a court ruling that has a fixed legal force;

and

h. has the managerial skills and competency of the fields he has led.

6. Between Paragraph 6 with paragraph 7 plus 1 (one) paragraph: paragraph 6A and between Section 51 with

Section 52 plus 1 (one) new section of Section 51A,

so that Paragraph 6A and Section 51A reads as

below:

7. The provisions of paragraph (2) and paragraph (3) of Article 53 are removed as well as

the paragraph (4) is amended, so that Article 53 reads as

following:

Article 53

(1) High School employees are composed of Lecturer and

The Education of Education.

(2) Removed.

(3) Removed.

(4) High School Employee Salary as referred to

on paragraph (1) is paid in accordance with the provisions

laws.

8. Section 55 is deleted.

9. The provisions of paragraph (2) of Section 72 are amended, so that Article 72

reads as follows:

Section 72

(1) Each campus citizen is required to carry out the code of conduct

campus.

(2) Code of conduct as referred to in paragraph (1)

includes Dharma Buddha values and rules

laws in speech, attitude, appearance,

as well as behave in the campus.

(3) Campus Citizens are performing violation

imposed sanctions pursuant to the provisions

laws.

Article II

The rules of the Minister are in effect on the date

promulred.
