CHANGES TO THE RULE OF RELIGION MINISTER NUMBER 23

IN 2016 ABOUT THE SPECIAL HAJJ PILGRIMAGE

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

MINISTER OF RELIGION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that special hajj worship services must be performed

effectively and efficiently;

b. that to perform an effective and

efficient service as referred to in the letter a, need

change the Regulation of the Minister of Religion Number 23 of the Year

2016 on the Hosting Of Special Hajj Services;

c. that based on Considerations as

referred to in letters a and letter b, need to specify

DECIDED:

Establish: RULES OF MINISTER OF RELIGION ABOUT THE CHANGE OVER

RELIGION MINISTER REGULATION NUMBER 23 IN 2016

ABOUT THE HOSTING OF SPECIAL HAJJ SERVICES.

Article I

Some provisions in the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Numbers

23 Years 2016 on the Host of the Special Hajj services

(State News of the Republic of Indonesia 2016 Number 760)

amended as follows:

1. The provisions of the paragraph (2) to the paragraph (5) of Section 6

are amended, so that Article 6 reads as follows:

Section 6

(1) The PIHK permit as referred to in Section 2 of the paragraph

(2) applies to a term of 3 (three) years and

can be extended.

(2) The permission extension is referred to in paragraph

(1) done by applying

to the Director General by attaching it:

a. photocopy of the Minister ' s Decision on Redemption

Permission as a PPIU still in effect;

b. photocopy of the Minister's Decision on Redemption

Permission as the PIHK is still in effect;

c. photocopy of the Subject Number (NPWP)

Enterprise and NPWP Principal Director

and/or Director;

d. Akta's photocopy of the Establishment of Limited Perseroan and

2. The provisions of paragraph (2) of Section 14 are changed and between verses (2)

and paragraph (3) of Article 14 of the paragraph (one) of the paragraph

(2a), so that Article 14 reads as follows:

Article 14

(1) Special hajj registration opens every weekday

throughout the year.

(2) Special hajj registration is done directly

by the candidate Jemaah Haji.

(2a) Candidate Pilgrims who have ever held worship

Hajj can perform special hajj registration

after 10 (ten) years since procrating

the last hajj worship.

(3) The Jemaah Hajj Registry is conducted on the Office

The Region.

3. The terms of paragraph (1) of the letter b and the letter c Section 15 are changed,

and the letter g is deleted, so that Article 15 reads as

following:

Section 15

(1) To be able to register as Jemaah Haji must

meet requirements as follows:

a. religious Islam;

b. at least 12 (twelve) years old

at the time of enlisting;

c. had a savings account on behalf of Jemaah

Haji;

d. have a Citizen Tag Card (KTP) that

still applies;

e. have a Family Card;

f. have a birth certificate or a birth certificate

or a marriage certificate or diploma quotation; and

g. removed;

h. proof of registration of PIHK candidate options

Jemaah Haji.

(2) In case the candidate Jemaah Haji has not yet had a KTP,

requirements as referred to in paragraph (1)

4. The provisions of Section 16 are amended so that

Article 16

(1) Jemaah Hajj registration procedures are as follows:

a. candidate Jemaah Haji chooses PIHK and makes

b. candidate Jemaah Haji opens the account

savings in Rupiah (IDR) form on BPS

c. candidate Jemaah Haji pays an initial deposit

9. The provisions of paragraph (2), paragraph (3), paragraph (4), paragraph (6), paragraph (6), and paragraph (7)

Article 23 are amended, so that Article 23 reads as

following:

Article 23

(1) PIHK provides the registered Jemaah Hajj

at the Ministry Religion.

(2) PIHK disregards Jemaah Haji as much

the minimum and maximum amount specified.

(3) In terms of PIHK acquiring Jemaah Haji less

of the minimum specified number, the PIHK is mandatory

merge Jemaah Haji to another PIHK.

(4) In terms of PIHK acquiring Jemaah Haji more than

10. The provisions of Article 24 are amended, so it reads as

following:

Article 24

11. The provisions of Article 25 are amended, so it reads as

following:

Article 25

12. The provisions of paragraph (3) of Article 27 are amended, so that Article 27

reads as follows:

Article 27

(1) Special BPIH as referred to in Article

26 verses (2) are returned by the Ministry of Religious Affairs

to PIHK in accordance with the amount of Jemaah Haji

that has paid off the Special BPIH and will

set off in the running year.

(2) Special BPIH travelers to PIHK

as referred to in paragraph (1) are performed

(3) Special BPIH travelers as intended

13. The provisions of Article 46 are amended, so it reads as

following:

Article 46

(1) the Directorate General and the Regional Office do

supervision of the Special Hajj Worship.

(2) Surveillance as referred to paragraph (1)

covering the supervision of the program package,

the operational activities of the Hajj services,

obedience and/or order in meeting

the provisions of the laws,

the entitlements PIHK, domicile, permit period

operational, as well as financial.

14. The provisions of the paragraph (2) of Article 47 are removed and the paragraph (3) of Article 47

is amended, so that Article 47 reads as follows:

Article 47

(1) the Directorate General does control

15. The provisions of Article 48 are amended, thus it reads as

following:

Article 48

(1) The results of supervision and control performed

by the Directorate General as referred to

in Article 46 and Section 47 may be used to

provide service quality accreditation that

provided by PIHK or used as the basis

consideration for the imposition of sanctions.

(2) The supervision results performed by the Office

Region as referred to in Article 46

reported to the Director General 1 (one) times

per 3 (three) months.

Article II

The Regulation of the Minister goes into effect on the date

promulred.
