Change Act No. 3 of 16 June 1987 on motor vehicle tax

§ 1
In Rule Act no. 3 of 16 June 1987 on the taxation of motor vehicles, as last amended by the Parliament Act no. 18 of December 18, 2010, is amended as follows:

First § 2 pcs. 1 is replaced by:

"The tax is annually:

1) Motor Vehicles with weight up to 1.000 kg: kr. 6554.

2) Powered units of weight from 1.001 kg to 1.200 kg: kr. 10,049.

3) Powered units of weight from 1.201 kg to 1,500 kg: kr. 10,747.

4) Powered units of weight from 1.501 kg to 1,800 kg: kr. 15,231.

5) Powered units of weight of 1.800 kg: kr. 17,575.

6) Motorcycles: kr. 3,540. "

§ 2
The Greenland Parliament Act shall enter into force on 1 January 2013 and take effect the first time for the tax period 1 April 2013 to 30 September 2013 which fall due on 1 April 2013.
