Change Act No. 18 of 31 October 1996 on Fisheries


§ 1

In Parliament Act no. 18 of 31 October 1996 as amended by Act No. 6 of 20 May 1998 as amended by Act No. 15 of 12 November 2001 and last amended by the Parliament Act no. 17 of 3 December 2009, is made as follows:



First
§ 6 paragraph. 3 no. 4, § 6, paragraph. 4 Nos. 3 and § 6 paragraph. 5 no. 2 and 3 repealed.

Second
§ 15 paragraph. 4 reads as follows:
thereof. " 4. No companies or individuals must be through the purchase of concessions obtain a quota, the control range for the coastal fleet component exceeds 15%. "


§ 2

Greenland Parliament Act comes into force on 1 January 2012.
