Change Act No. 15 of 20 November 2006 on fisheries funding pot

§ 1
In Parliament Act no. 15 of 20 November 2006 on fisheries funding pot, as amended by, among other Parliament Act no. 13 of 2 December 2009 and most recently by Parliament Act no. 22 of 22 November 2011, is amended as follows changes:

First In § 16 after paragraph. 2 the following paragraphs. 3:

"Paragraph. 3. § 16 paragraph. 2, first sentence. will not apply if two or more fishermen along Applicants for scrapping subsidies to their vessels, while sending the grant application for the joint procurement of one vessel. "
second In § 16 after paragraph. 3 the following paragraph. 4:

"Paragraph. 4. Scrapping Subsidies under paragraph. 3, only granted to physical scrapping. "

§ 2
The Greenland Parliament Act comes into force on 1 July 2012.
